    Which gay one?

I actually disagree that it's all upbeat - what struck me from my first play through was how surprisingly downbeat and melancholy a lot of it is. I was wondering why they bunched all the "dancing but sad" type songs at the beginning, but then they just carried on the whole way through. PBJ is definitely by far the best thing on there. I had no idea but it's actually Cathy Dennis doing vocals on "louder harder better" (quite a tune) and runaway/u+i .

The verses are absolutely shocking but the rest is decent. It was creeping up on me as it went on.

Fantastic song. Sounds like a follow up to Party in the USA.
  5. Quite. Although for once almost all the right songs have gone. Jump out.
  6. Llalana and Barkley weren't regular starters in the last couple of months of the season were they? Maybe I'm wrong though, which yes is even more worrying!
  7. England's squad is so weak. Full of players who are not in the regular starting xi of their respective clubs. Smalling, Jones, Jagielka, Bertrand, Llalana, Barkley, Townsend... Field that side against Stoke or Swansea and they would probably be screwed. Just B grade players.
  8. Neymar got the best revenge. What a match.

I sat through the first three minutes of the Ellen perf thinking it was okay but her vocal was a touch off, but then she unleashed a series of adlibs over the final chorus so biblical that I was briefly taken to church. Preach it Kells.
  10. Drunk. Cowboy Style to win.

The video is absolutely fantastic. Probably her first great effort.
  13. They're f***ing idiots.
  14. That f***ing ELAINE finished about Phil is a sick joke.
  15. Killer performance from us. It's a good day to be a gooner.
  16. Teams are out: Arsenal: Szczesny, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez, Walcott. Subs: Ospina, Gibbs, Gabriel, Flamini, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Giroud. Aston Villa: Given, Hutton, Vlaar, Okore, Richardson, Westwood, Delph, Cleverley, Grealish, N’Zogbia, Benteke. Subs: Guzan, Bacuna, Sinclair, Agbonlahor, Cole, Sanchez, Baker. 10/11. :D
  17. Giroud looks tired, hasn't scored in eight games. I'd bring him on with about a half hour to spare, unless we're down in the first half and Walcott isn't doing the business.
  18. Oh god. Just a few hours now. Starting to feel nervous. But also confident? Anyway the Mirror are saying Szczesny will start, thank god. Predicted starting xi:: Szczesny / Bellerin, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Monreal / Coquelin, Cazorla / Wilshere, Ozil, Sanchez / Walcott. That said it's difficult to imagine Ramsey not starting, but also difficult to see where he plays if Cazorla and Walcott both start...
  19. Spurs confirm the £4m signing of the 22 yr old Austrian defender Kevin Wimmer from FC Köln.

Djoko and Nadal are both in Murray's side of the draw. I think those two meet in the QFs. I see Novak getting the better of that one...

Murray is on killer form. No way is he going out to Kyrgios.
  22. Seeing nothing but universal praise and adoration for this online. Cannot wait to get started with it.
  23. I'm sure they'll find a way to cling on. Rangers lost 1-3 at home to Motherwell so looks like they're staying put. Meanwhile it's the French and German Cups on Saturday. PSG to destroy Auxerre is a given, but Dortmund vs Wolfsburg is much tougher to call. I'll go with Dortmund though.

I'm really starting to fall in love with this song. It's so far beyond what I would ever have thought Bonnie McKee capable of. It's delicious. LYgHiwTxe94 The video is f***ing sensational, credit to her for going all out and capturing that vaporwave aesthetic. The whole thing is at least a 9.
  25. I'm sad that Impress Me Much didn't win. One of my all time favorite songs. I do prefer the original to the dance remix though.
