Put it this way... Leona is now 1/3 of the way to platinum after only 2 weeks. :P Plus with the next single coming it should maintain sales. Same for Mariah really. Of course Mariah won't be selling 450k every week but it'll hang around for a while I would imagine. ^_^ Platinum in no time. :w00t:

Hopefully not. TMB, ITC and BB yes, ISIL no. Decent ballad but by no means a standout. As much as Love Story is my favourite at the moment releasing it as a single is a huuuuge mistake. She needs to capitalise on the (late) summer by releasing either I'm That Chick or Migrate. -_-

It's got me a bit worried though. :lol: Because let's face it Mariah has been EVERYWHERE lately, so i'm unsure as to when she would have had time to shoot a half decent video? I do hope it's not some really lame arsed video (love the song, but see Britney's new video). It was alright with Mimi because she shot the videos for It's Like That and We Belong Together back to back at the same time. So i'm a tad worried and will continue to be until I see it... although Touch My Body had an amazing video so I hope they will follow suit with the video for Bye Bye.

I've just seen the sales for the Wednesday midweeks update and Mariah is now 8k ahead of #3 so the gap is widening. So we're definitely 100% getting a #2 debut. :D

As previously reported, Mariah will be dropping by TRL in Times Square on Monday, April 21st. We can now reveal that she is scheduled to premiere the music video to her brand new single "Bye Bye" on the show! Tune in to MTV on Monday, April 21, at 3:30pm ET/PT, and if you're in the New York area, be sure to join the many Mariah fans who will be there to support her! :o

Doubtful unfortunately, as much as The Kooks will decrease in sales, Mariah will be exactly the same. So it's looking more likely to be Leona or Duffy... Leona I wouldn't mind at all. :P

It's pretty much guaranteed to debut at #2, she had a 6.5k over Duffy on Tuesday, and now Leona is at #3 but we don't know the sales but I would say she still has a pretty comfortable lead. It will drop quite a bit (the way Mimi did) until Bye Bye starts getting pushed in the UK (the way WBT did), I don't even think it's been premiered on UK radio yet...

Well one of the only tracks I didn't like at first but ADORE now is Love Story and at this point I would say it's my favourite on the album, bar none. So try and let it grow on you. ^_^ #15 on US iTunes which should be enough for it to make it's debut on the Hot100 next week. :P
