I read an article that Cowrll wants Madonna, U2, Rihanna, One Direction, Take That and Adele as he is after the biggest stars etc etc. I will try to find it, but it's probably a load of tosh and dependent on whether they all release something.

G.R.L has been massive in Australia which is usually more of an indication of success here than the US in my opinion. Very pleased for them. Not that keen on the Black Box rip-off. Yet another boring number one.

Manhattan Love Story and Jane the Virgin... Both look truly diabolical. I actually watched all the trailers, even if I wasn't interested by the logline, to see if anything took my fancy and Manhattan Love Story was the only one I couldn't stomach all the way to the end. ABC really do pick up one comedy each year that completely baffles me as to why anybody would think it's a good idea (Work It, The Neighbours, Super Fun Night). I am really disappointed with The CW schedule tbh. Though I admire the moves taken by NBC and FOX. ABC is pretty solid and my only fault with CBS, is that The Millers continues to lose half of Big Bang's lead in. Mom would be a lot better paired with it permanently.

Spice Girls, All Saints, B*Witched, Cleopatra, Honeyz and Destiny's Child in 1998 I believe. There may be a few floppy one hit wonder ones I've missed as well.

I remember being irritated that 21 was not on Spotify for a long time and only the single versions of 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Set Fire To The Rain' were. I think they've added more in time, but I'm still not sure the entire album is on there. I'm not sure if that was intentional when the album blew up or if Adele is against streaming. I think it could work for her, regardless of her relying on the physical market, there is such massive demand for her third album, she could easily pull such an out of the blue release off. The only lacking aspect is the social media aspect. I'm really interested to find out who it is, though it will be a bit of an anti-climax if it's Gaga tbh. Artpop was so bad, we don't really need another CD on that level.

MOMM would be an atrocious number one. I'm not really seeing the hype around this guy at all.

First X Factor winner to not release on the back of the show since Shayne Ward. I think that indicates that SYCO have no faith in her at all.

I would love to try and work out a list of the best sellers this century now there are so many million sellers :o I definitely think Firework, Roar and Diamonds will by the end of the year. Would love to see Swedish House Mafia get there as well.

I sniffed this coming a mile away. She could carve a very decent career as an albums artist Rebecca Ferguson style, but SYCO seem to want to throw her under a bus before even giving her a chance. Wash, rinse, repeat and all that. Maybe they made this decision based on the single's poor performance. Additionally, James Arthur went on and on last year about how he'd have an album out late spring and then the summer, but it was ultimately held back.

Timber will get three weeks at #1 easily.

It's ridiculous how held back this has been. I would have pitched this as a 700k seller back in October. Now it will be a top 5, but won't sell a lot in the long run. Could even be a front loaded #1 if it gets enough pre orders/R1 support.

It's deserved. They went from being spot on and brilliant to releasing utter dirge and scrapping an entire album of high profile collaborations for what they did out out. It's just bizarre.

She gave a very good performance of 'Skyscraper'. Still prefer the original though.

They are both awful and will not have a career by 2015. However, I would prefer Sam for the win, but hope 'Superman' gets a huge boost when performed. It's an amazing track and I can't believe it's never been top 40 here.
