I'm more interested in the week beginning November 21st. Isn't that Rihanna, One Direction, Westlife & The Saturdays? There's going to be sales/loon overdrive on here :kink: Out of these if I was held at gunpoint and forced to buy one it'd be The Wanted. Mainly because the others are lacking in anything appealing judging from the singles I've heard (and Boyle is just horrendous anyway), and I actually don't mind either Wanted single. Personally I'm thinking: 01 Susan Boyle 02 The Wanted 03 Flomac 04 Pixie Lott 05 Coldplay 06 Cher Lloyd 07 Birdy

I want 'Lego House' to be #1  This adds nothing to this wonderful discussion about Bieber spawning (personally the thought of it sticking anything into anywhere makes me feel ill) but meh.

So much for Peggy leaving forever :o
  4. I probably wouldn't have watched anyway, but if Anthony Cotton is involved I certainly won't...

I hope Kelly Clarkson can make it to #2 this week. I definitely think she will outsell everything from last week's chart except possibly Noel so #2 or #3 is certain.
  6. If I'd have done it, it would've been finished :kink:
  7. I think it may work. I hope so anyway. Travesty it never got higher than #7 first time around and is such an iconic song. I definitely feel it will have a lot of strength, especially as the 20th anniversary since its release.

The video for Katy's song has been filmed. I saw a link about it on MSN earlier. No idea when it will premiere though. That hideous bint who covered The Calling needs to go away instantly! I can't stand Alex Band's voice on a general scale but the original of 'Wherever You Will Go' is an exception.

She has been amazingly lucky this era to have a flawless album (there is only one track I don't care for), armed with all the right performances, videos, guest rappers etc. The key is to maintain her hit ratio for the next record though. I hope she can get a 6th top 10 :D P.S She wasn't miming. The performance was identical to her singing on tour and you could hear at certain intervals from her breathing and back up vocalists that it wasn't. Oh and Bruno Mars may perform his song from the new Twilight movie as that is due out end of the month or some such.
  10. Frankie is AWFUL. Same song everytime same performance. He really can't sing. I didn't watch any of the auditions this year. Were the contenders really THAT dreadful?
  11. Perry was brilliant! She's so much better at her shows than whenever she performs on TV or anything, but that was genuinely good. I am pleased Frankie is in the bottom 2. That dreadful Johnny should be there as well though. He is everything that is wrong with the gay scene and he's just such a typical stereotype representing us it saddens me :(

Clarkson for #2 at least!! I like The Wanted song. They're one of few boybands to be quite consistent with their singles.
  13. That was the most horrendous thing I have EVER seen. I am actually speechless at the murdering of that 'Kylie classic'. I just can't find words to describe what I witnessed
  14. Maybe they will finally realise that we don't want remakes of ancient shows?
  15. I quite frankly think they're all pretty dreadful. Even with the circus that was last year, you could still pick out the really decent singers, but I wasn't overwhelmed by any of them at all last night. Craig was fairly decent but I feel that whoever does win will be facing a Leon Jackson type career in the long run.
  16. Does anybody else LOATHE H on this reunion documentary thing?
  17. 'New Girl' is brilliant! It shouldn't work on paper but it does. It is shot so beautifully and all of the cast have great chemistry blah blah. It's all been said. I do think it's VERY quirky and obviously appeals to a certain niche audience, but I just like finding a comedy that doesn't have a laughing track after every other line.

That's the end of Castiel? I really thought he'd be back in some form. It just seemed so rushed and forgotten so quickly. Really liking the season so far though :D

I really like this show. It has a lot of potential and a definite old-school feel. I'm interested how things are going to play out in the long run though. It was also nice this week to see Nick and Melissa more rounded out as I felt there hadn't been enough focus on them before.
  20. I am just sad that we won't get to experience Nu Wagner ala Goldie :(

I haven't even missed Bonnie. Last season she was just THERE. Like 'yay I'm going to do a handy spell now because I know magic.' I'm not sure if it's the actress or the writers but there doesn't seem to be any investment in the character and it says a lot when I don't even notice she's not appeared for 3 episodes in the flesh or such. I am liking the show so far. It's not as amazing as previous seasons but I found Caroline's dad's psychological warfare a very interesting perspective! Also it seems we're starting to go somewhere with the Originals and Klaus now.

Well I think Tulisa is either INSANE or just plain EVIL. Either way, I love the destruction of people's dreams, tearing friends from friends and just to kick the boot in a little bit further - let's steal the name of one of the dejected groups too. Cowell would be so proud :heehee:
  23. We watched this purely for Lisa Scott-Lee's need to breakdown every time she gets any public exposure these days. I feel 'Electric-gate' is still stinging :heehee: It was quite pathetic really that they had tensions over who got to sing vocals amongst other things. I found it really immature, understandable, but immature. I didn't like how Claire was painted as a villain though, when H comes across as a spiteful, self-centered troll. Was also gutted that it ended just before they all sat down to talk :heehee:

I know it's sad and petty but I am REALLY happy about this not doing as well as expected. It is absurd though that America will have a talent competition from September to May in some form or another.

Not as bad but still AWFUL. Dappy is a wonderful and talented man compared to that creature. I don't think Derulo knows what originality means. Or how to sing but meh. I would love Damien Rice to get #1 but it won't happen :P
