What a shame. Rubbish sales to round off a rubbish series. I hope next week's chart throws up some nice surprises with the gift card effect.

This will so much of a hot mess, I can't wait.

It's deserved. They went from being spot on and brilliant to releasing utter dirge and scrapping an entire album of high profile collaborations for what they did out out. It's just bizarre.
  4. She gave a very good performance of 'Skyscraper'. Still prefer the original though.

They are both awful and will not have a career by 2015. However, I would prefer Sam for the win, but hope 'Superman' gets a huge boost when performed. It's an amazing track and I can't believe it's never been top 40 here.
  6. 'Stay' by Hurts should have been massive. Love that band.
  7. I'm so bored of Rihanna. Have been for a year or two now. I was hoping she'd just back off for a while and come back with an album as solid as her earlier stuff but alas.

The Vamps - Can We Dance [favourite] Eminem - The Monster Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Same Love Rihanna - Stay Duke Dumont - Need U (100%) The Saturdays - Disco Love AlunaGeorge - Attracting Flies MKS - Flatline Jay Z - Holy Grail Storm Queen - Look Right Through [least favourite] Pretty crap group looking at the others.
  10. The Mirror are reporting Perry, One Direction and the Elton/Gary duet for the final.
  11. Outside of Bleeding Love obviously being performed, I'd be very curious to see what is sung as they haven't really performed other contestant's songs before.

Think he means eye patch woman who has a GH out this week :P
  13. I hope Jessie performs Thunder. The woman irritates me greatly, but I really love that track.

I hate Elvis. Ever since that reissue campaign in 2005. I wish he'd pog off-_-.

This week is the week album sales will be decent right? A 3-16 drop for Tinie would mean a fall to about 8k judging by recent weeks. I can't see that happening.
  16. I've had the same thought in my head for ages that The Killers would be on The X Factor Final. After this week I think the #1 is up for grabs each week until Christmas as the new releases cool. I wouldn't be surprised to see Lily Allen nab a week unfortunately.
  17. It was a fantastic performance. I loved the whole idea of floating on air and being lifted and the movements out of her control. It sums up the feeling of the song quite nicely. She was very good, but the delivery of the final chorus made me cringe.
  18. I love Christmas songs. I do feel they should be banned from radio and tv until December 1st though. I called a hotel in London at work the other day and they had Mariah Carey in the frickin background on the radio. This was November 1st :/
  19. I wonder if MW will give us total sales for 'Somewhere Only We Know'. I have always loved that song <3 Shame Lily Allen had to go rape it.
  20. I would be very surprised if Gaga passes 100k. Album sales are in the gutter and other than her rabid fans, I feel people just don't CARE. I think 85k is appropriate. I suspect The Killers at #3 with about 50k, Little Mix at #5 and Keane at #6 on 30k.

I don't think an ACTUAL Christmas song has been #1 since like 1985?

Queen Perry will have this year's 'Paradise'/'What's My Name' with 'Unconditionally'. Unfortunately, The X Factor dross will be #1. I would be very surprised if any of these contenders makes the top 10 at all (possibly The Big Reunion at a push). The top ten will probably be littered with tracks from The X Factor final.

No chart that incorporates airplay should ever be taken seriously (I'm also looking at Billboard when I say this).

It's nice to hear a song from her where she doesn't sound like a constipated robot. I like this and I haven't been big on anything she has done since 2004.
  25. So Eminem and Rihanna gain their 25th top ten hit each today :o Mental to think how huge they both are.
