Personally with the exception of Vickers, Cheryl Cole, Pixie Lott and Lily Allen, I think it's a rather good top 30. ^_^

http://turbo.inquisitr.com/wp-content/2010/04/Florence_Welch.jpg 033 Florence Welch + 221 Pts + Stats Votes: 18 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 6 Bitch Slapped: 3 [Jonjo, Jack, Jaimeed] Years Active: 2007 - Present The nation has a new darling. And her name is Florence. No, not Nightengale :( Florence is of course the face of the aptly titled Florence & The Machine, a band which fuses elements of rock and soul into their music combined with Florence's dramatic and sensual presence. The band's rise to fame saw them struggle behind the scenes until critics rallied round their material and 2009 was hailed as their breakthrough year. Their first official album Lungs has spent over a year on the UK charts selling over a million copies in the process. The main question is. Is she just a flash in the pan? I like some of the album but I personally think her rendition of The Source's You've Got The Love is the worst thing I've ever heard. http://www.greenzer.com/blog/blog_image_store/2009/08/alanis-morissette.jpg 032 Alanis Morissette + 223 Pts + Stats Votes: 14 Highest Position: 1 [shoat] Top Ten: 8 Years Active: 1987 - Present Years before Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson got all morbid and angsty, Alanis Morissette was the leading pop-rock chick on the block. Severely overlooked outside the success of Jagged Little Pill which shifted more than 30 million copies worldwide, Canadian born Alanis' placing surprises me a lot! I think she is fantastic and a brilliant lyricist who has the bitter and sarcastic tone to her voice to really sell her music. Personal highlights include You Oughta Know, Hand In My Pocket, Underneath, Precious Illusions, Perfect & Ironic. Plz check out her hilarious parody of the Black Eyed Peas' My Humps on Youtube. http://www.kalamu.com/bol/wp-content/content/images/amy%20winehouse%2004.jpg 031 Amy Winehouse + 226 Pts + Stats Votes: 18 Highest Position: 5 Top Ten: 8 Bitch Slapped: 3 [Regina Flowers, Chart Wizard, Sarah] Years Active: 2003 - Present I appreciate and admire Winehouses' talent. However, she bored me to tears with her constant, drugs, drink, rehab bull$h!t back in 2008. Needless to say it kept her breakthrough album Back To Black selling all year and shifting more than 3 million units in the UK with its two versions combined. She's only actually released 2 albums but it seems like she's been around forever. I wonder if she even cares about her music, considering the state she's got herself into but there's already a lot of anticipation for her 3rd record which is now penciled for release in 2011. Again, I never expected her to be this high as I find her music to be rather samey and average. Imma gonna do the top 30 one by one tonight up to #11. ^_^

Anyway: http://www.jasmynecannick.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/kelis.jpg 035 Kelis + 213 Pts + Stats Votes: 16 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 6 Years Active: 1997 - Present I've never actually seen anybody say a bad word about Kelis. She seems to be one of those artists who doesn't offend anybody but is constantly struggling for mainstream attention. The singer first came to mass attention in 2000 with Caught Out There and emerges every couple of years with a poor selling album but iconic, original and inventive singles - Trick Me, Good Stuff, Lil Star, Acapella and of course the pop culture gem that is Milkshake. I'm loving her new dance/house orientated direction but I still feel as if her best work came from Kaleidoscope & Tasty http://www.bsckids.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/miley-cyrus1.jpg 034 Miley Cyrus + 218 Pts + Stats Votes: 14 Highest Position: 1 [brad2k88, Lee Wallace] Top Ten: 7 Bitch Slapped: 2 [Propilot87, X gunners x] Years Active: 2001 - Present I don't like this girl as a person. She only has to open her mouth and I want to throw things at her. But she is a modern day pop princess, plucked from Disney and groomed [not dirtily] by her Pops Billy Ray Cyrus to becoming a money making machine. Cyrus first came to attention in the Disney series Hannah Montana. In an attempt to shake off her Disney good girl image, she's released material under her own name including my personal favourite Miley song 7 Things. Controversy and sluttiness ahoy as she rebelled against her squeaky clean image and sexed it up for latest album Can't Be Tamed. Does she deserve to be this high? Erm not really but there are two worse artists to come imo. She's clearly a bit marmite-esque with Buzzjack judging by the votes.

And the last 2 for today as I am knackered -_- http://www.celebritysmackblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/houston.jpg 037 Whitney Houston + 204 Pts + Stats Votes: 16 Highest Position: 1 [Marrb] Top Ten: 6 Years Active: 1977 – Present Yes Miley Cyrus, the disgusting Diana Vickers and Pixie Lott are all higher than Whitney Houston. -_- Whitney was a true and unique talent until her drug addiction spiralled out of control and her recent comeback was nothing short of well embarassing to be perfectly honest. This is the woman with one of the biggest voices to ever grace the world of pop and one of the biggest selling singles the world has ever seen in the form of I Will Always Love You. I've always preferred her more uptempo material to be honest since as How Will I Know? & I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Whilst her earlier music saw her combine pop, soul and dance, she took a more RnB orientated route in the 1990s. http://www.shinystyle.tv/Sophie%20Ellis%20Bextor.jpg 036 Sophie Ellis-Bextor + 206 Pts + Stats Votes: 21 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 1997 – Present She's the poshest lady in pop and I quite often confuse her with a shop mannequin! Bextor has dipped her toe in a wide pool of genres, starting her career as a singer in the indie band The Audience and then experimenting with elements of pop and dance with her own solo material. Sophie shot to mainstream fame when she lent her vocals to Spiller's chart topper Groovjet. Despite success with her debut solo album Read My Lips, a combination of mixed material, endless babies and lack of public interest has seen Sophie struggle to regain her popularity. That aside she seems to be immune to record droppage kryptonite returning in 2010 with Bittersweet and a probable 4th album in the future.

Seriously, it's like an even bigger launching platform for a pop career than The X Factor for Christ's sake. Maybe it's something in the water over there but she looks oddly like Dannii Minogue to me. Imbruglia is probably most known for her worldwide smash Torn which sold over a million units in the UK and was beaten to #1 by erm.... Barbie Girl. Though Imbruglia is regarded as pretty much irrelevant by many outside of this overplayed, yet fantastic track she's released some great albums over the years, my personal favourite being White Lillies Island. http://www.topnews.in/files/fergie-455587.jpg 039 Fergie + 194 Pts + Stats Votes: 19 Highest Position:6 Top Ten: 5 Years Active: 1984 – Present Fergie has been a busy, little bee! Children's TV, member of a girl group, fashion designer and actress. She's probably most known for joining the Black Eyed Peas in 2003 and launching them to worldwide stardom with Where Is The Love?. She's since launched a solo career and rejoined the Peas for their most successful album to date The E.N.D in 2009 which contains the infamous I Gotta Feeling. http://turbo.inquisitr.com/wp-content/2010/01/taylor-swift.jpg 038 Taylor Swift + 195 Pts + Stats Votes: 13 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 5 Years Active: 2006 – Present Good lord. Taylor Swift is apparently the biggest selling artist in digital history with over 24.3 million digital sales. Her 2nd album Fearless sold buckets in the US and introduced the radio friendly, country-pop singer to an international audience with the fairytale themed Love Story. I find Taylor's music to be repetitive and too plain. It's just FAR too nice and that's obviously it's appeal. She's bland but considering her age she does demonstrate a fair shread of talent. Kudos for how she handled the Kanye scandal though :heehee:

She recently surpassed Kelly Clarkson as the biggest Idol album seller in the US. For some strange reason, her record label have made little attempt to release her music internationally. Debut album Some Hearts became the fastest selling country album in soundscan history. http://www.truecountry.tv/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/shania-twain.jpg 041 Shania Twain + 186 Pts + Stats Votes: 20 Highest Position: 4 Top Ten: 3 Years Active: 1993 – Present Just shy of the top 40, is country-pop queen Shania Twain. Twain rose to prominence in the late 1990s with her albums The Woman In Me & Come On Over, the latter which launched her internationally and refused to budge from the UK top 10. It's pretty impressive that Shania has shifted 48 million records in the United States alone! I've also found her pretty cheesy but likeable in a strange way. She does have some pretty cool tunes in her back catalogue such as That Don't Impress Me Much & You're Still The One

At the age of just 23, Goulding has already scored a #1 album in the UK and a top 5 single with the superb Starry Eyed. Sadly I see very little potential in both her album and career in the longrun. http://www.behindthehype.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/MIA.jpg 043 M.I.A + 175 Pts + Stats Votes: 12 Highest Position: 1 [Mikal] Top Ten: 6 Bitch Slapped: 1 [Ghost] Years Active: 2000 – Present I was quite surprised at the M.I.A debate in the voting thread. She's possibly one of the least mainstream artists in the top 100, gaining a small and loyal underground fanbase that has spanned three albums. She's inventive and pushes the boundaries of different genres and really seems to be driven by her music and using it to make a difference. Personally, she's not my cup of tea but I appreciate her originality.

Not really my cup of tea tbh though Warwick Avenue was a pretty brilliant record, she seems to appeal to all generations and it'll be interesting to see how her follow up album performs when it's finally released. Anyone else thinks she looks like Edith Bowman? http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_r1jCbLSynaA/RkfkaUgflSI/AAAAAAAAATM/iRt--9SEMy8/s320/Beverley%20Knight.jpg 046 Beverley Knight + 163 Pts + Stats Votes: 12 Highest Position: 1 [Aaron TM, Aled, Simon] Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 1995 – Present I feel like I'm churning out the same lines over & over, but Beverley Knight is another sorely underrated artist! She's been cited as one of Britain's greatest soul singers, drawing inspiration from Aretha Franklin and releasing six studio albums since 1995. It wasn't until 2002 that she reached a mainstream audience with the radio favourite Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda. I always liked Gold ^_^. http://blogs.ajc.com/american-idol-blog/files/2009/11/Jordin-Sparks-j04.jpg 045 Jordin Sparks + 164 Pts + Stats Votes: 17 Highest Position: 7 Top Ten: 2 Years Active: 2007 – Present Hmmm. Again I don't think Jordin Sparks should be this high. I have nothing against her but other than having a strong voice and some decent produced tracks, she's not really got a whole lot going for her. Sparks triumphed on American Idol in 2007 and became the first contestant from the show to have reasonable success worldwide since Kelly Clarkson.

Back in the day when I was a 15 year old boy, I really believed that I was Born To Try :(. Delta's debut album Innocent Eyes topped the ARIA charts becoming the best seller of the 2000s and the sixth best selling record in Australian history. It also sold over 800,000 units in the UK and spawned three top 10 singles. Her follow up record Mistaken Identity was also a solid seller but controversy over her relationship with former Westlife teletubby Brian McFadden hindered her UK career and she hasn't released any material here since 2005. I still think Delta's music and her voice are perfection but her last album was a bit disappointing so here's hoping she can change my opinion when her 4th record is released this year. Strangely, apart from her two placings at #1, only one other voter placed Goodrem in their top 10. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_rH7UnCDuqTY/RvyIhz8tRZI/AAAAAAAAALk/RKut6omPdZE/s400/Jlo.jpg 051 Jennifer Lopez + 147 Pts + Stats Votes: 14 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 3 Years Active: 1997 – Present [Music] JLO actually started off pretty well in the competition but the votes dried up and she just finishes outside the top 50. I;'m unsure whether she's more famous for her box office flops, her constant change of male suitors or her arse, but musically she has had some strong solid moments [particulary her earlier, more dance-orientated material]. For a while Lopez could do no wrong but a more RnB route and hideous collabarations with Fat Joe amongst others seemed to kill her music career. P.S For such a photographed woman, it's hard to find a DECENT picture of her :S http://stevelundeberg.mvourtown.com/files/2009/06/deborah_harry.jpg 050 Debbie Harry + 148 Pts + Stats Votes: 11 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 1968 – Present Blondie frontwoman. Her debut solo album Northern Star was the best selling Solo-Spice album and she racked up a string of chart hits between 1998 and 2000 before declining sales caused her to launch the argument 'I'm still big in Europe'. A shame because I actually really like her material and whole outlook on music. Plus she gets top points for criticising Westlife on CD:UK whilst sitting next to one of the most disgusting humans currently wasting oxyygen: Louie Walsh. http://www.videos-musicales.net/img_videos/Celine-Dion---Titanic.jpg 054 Celine Dion + 141 Pts + Stats Votes: 12 Highest Position: 6 Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 1980 – Present Celine Dion may be a wailing bint who sings over-dramatic ballad after over-dramatic ballad but she is in my opinion one of the world's outstanding female talents. It's difficult to find many artists that have the voice she does and the record sales this Canadian-French singer has achieved. Celine was at her most popular in the 1990s with Think Twice, Because You Loved Me and of course My Heart Will Go On [and on and on]. I actually went mad on her music a few years back when I wanted to slit my wrists regulary but that aside, Celine is a true talent. How many other artists can sing live shows for 3 years in Las Vegas 5 nights a week? [and she looks hawt when she's in casual wear]. She also won the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest http://idolator.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Little_Boots_littleboots.jpg 053 Little Boots + 143 Pts + Stats Votes: 11 Highest Position: 4 Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 2005 – Present She may be New In Town [OK bad pun :(], but Little Boots had one of the best albums last year with Hands, a solid pop record that contained more gems than a diamond ring. I eagerly await what she comes up with next and hope it can do better than her debut which vastly underperformed.

Dannii has provided some standout moments in her music career such as This Is It, Who Do You Love Now? & I Begin To Wonder but most of her music is unforgettable and seems to me as if she just laps up Kylie's scraps. That aside she is an extremely likeable woman. [Not that that benefits her in anyway but ah well]. Shirley Manson is the frontwoman of Garbage who have released 4 of the best albums to ever grace a shop shelf. I am going to cut it short here as I am totally biased and obssessed with this woman and her grungy, dark style and vocals. She was part of other groups before worldwide acclaim came with Garbage in the late 1990s. Please give us that solo album woman! http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/_/9252865/Dido%20picture4.jpg 056 Dido+ 137 Pts + Stats Votes: 11 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 5 Years Active: 1995 – Present After plugging her music in the background for years, Dido rose to fame when Eminem sampled her song Thank You for his most famous and well known hit Stan. Millions of records being sold followed with her first two albums. I say this as a person that either bought or listened to both records: Dido is bland. Her voice is lifeless, her songs whilst lyrically strong are musically bland like a glass of dilute pop that has far too much water in it.After a long hiatus she returned in 2008 with Safe Trip Home which was beaten to #1 by a reissue of a 12 month old Leona Lewis album and bombed down the charts barely scraping gold status. I will give her Here With Me though. An example of what was lacking in everything else she recorded. Her first two albums were in the top 5 best sellers of the last decade in the UK and have sold an estimated 33 million copies between them worldwide.

I was always astonished she managed to snatch a #1 single in the UK with Professional Widow when she has far better material like Cornflake Girl for starters! She has self produced all but 2 of her 11 studio albums and is one of the most influential and underappreciated women in the countdown. http://blog.bradandjoygethitched.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/262280.jpg 060 Annie Lennox + 130 Pts + Stats Votes: 9 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 5 Years Active: 1975 – Present Shame on you Buzzjack! Annie Lennox is a Goddess! Activist, singer, songwriter. This British institution does it all. She was part of one of the 1980's biggest electro-pop bands the Eurythmics who helped define the decade with their pop classics such as Thorn In My Side. Sweet Dreams [Are Made Of This] & Here Comes The Rain Again. Lennox has released a string of successful solo albums since the 1990s and took a more alternative route with her solo material. No More I Love Yous remains one of my favourite all time songs and Annie proved she still has a massive fanbase when she shifted over 250,000 copies of a greatest hits collection last year in the UK. She's amassed BRIT nominations and heaps of critical acclaim for her work including a Mecury Music nomination for Two Suns. I only discovered today her real name is Natasha Khan :drama:, but with so much hype surrounding her, she seems like the type to craft a fantastic career and inspire other artists whilst remaining underappreciated by the masses.

Weird saying but it certainly applies to KT Tunstall. She was the 'in' thing back in 2005 with her fantastically crafted debut album Eye To The Telescope. Bringing a punch back to the more alternative female sound that had been lacking in the music of Dido, Norah Jones and Katie Melua, Tunstall sold over a million copies of the record and had success with its singles Other Side Of The World [] and Suddenly I See. Her 2007 follow up effort Drastic Fantastic despite having a brilliant title lacked the prominence and spark that had made her first album so outstanding. She is currently gearing up to release her 3rd album this Autumn. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_s_jpsS0Z7q8/StXJnkyuUQI/AAAAAAAAAcI/lg88YfSmEP8/s400/marina%20and%20the%20diamonds.jpg 063 Marina Diamandis + 126 Pts + Stats Votes: 12 Highest Position: 4 Top Ten: 3 Years Active: 2007 - Present A recent addition to the list. Marina has one of those voices that you'll either love or hate. I personally sit in the middle as her debut album Family Jewels is a bit hit N miss for me. I sense a similar career to KT Tunstall if I'm perfectly honest. There's nothing special about this woman that will give her long lasting appeal and her placing is an indication of people's adoption of what's currently hot over the legends of the past. http://cassettecouture.com/wp-content/uploads/kesha-489x735.jpg 062 Ke$ha + 127 Pts + Stats Votes: 9 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 4 Years Active: 2005 - Present My opnion of Ke$ha has changed drastically over the past year. At first I saw her as a cheap, slag trying to cash in on the mammoth success of Lady Gaga, but her debut album Animal, whilst lacking the massive hits The Fame [Monster] has, is far more consistant and doesn't contain a bad track. [Release Blind bitch!]. That said I'm unconvinced her whole trashy, 'brush my teeth with Jack' attitude is real and it gets rather repetitive and irritating. Negativity aside, Tik Tok has become one of the biggest worldwide hits of the past 12 months and any song that namechecks Mick Jagger deserves a pony. I'm still disgusted she wears her placenta as a necklace though :/

I just don't have a lot of love for some of these ladies and I'm not going to mince my words :P Cilmi is Australian and had breakthrough success in 2008 with the inescapable [and dreadful] Sweet About Me. Her debut album actually had some pretty decent pop tracks on there which took her soulful voice and combined them with a more pop-rock sound [Save The Lies <3]. I expected huge things in 2010 when everybody began raving about her comeback single On A Mission but it lacked spark and the parent album was just as limp. She is pwetty though. *nods* http://islandista.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/vv-brown1.jpg 066 VV Brown + 118 Pts + Stats Votes: 8 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 5 Years Active: 2007 - Present Underated talent with gems like Crying Blood at her disposal. Billed to be a huge success in the UK last year, VV's singles and albums underperformed massively. She has recently been able to gain minor recognition in the States though which has to cushion the blow a smidge. Loving the hair style too. http://cdn.sheknows.com/realitytvmagazine/2009/12/jennifer-hudson-looking-gorgeous.jpg 065 Jennifer Hudson + 121 Pts + Stats Votes: 11 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 3 Bitch Slapped: 1 [DougJames] Years Active: 2004 - Present Hudson falls into the group of artists with one hell of an amazing voice yet lacking the material to back it up. The catchy Spotlight had me singing the harmonies for weeks but I just felt as if her album lacked substance. She's clearly a talent that needs appareciating, upstaging Beyonce in Dreamgirls and actually being a genuine talent from the pool of reality TV trash.

http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/00696/SNF02ROUX1_682_696204a.jpg 070 Elly Jackson + 100 Pts + Stats Votes: 6 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 4 Bitch Slapped: 1 [Will 0713] Years Active: 2008 - Present Mmmm June Ackland's spawn. Nom nom nom. Elly Jackson of course is the bitter, opinionated and rather androgynous pixie who whittled on like a banshee in last year's monster smash In For The Kill. Personally I think La Roux make some pretty decent music when she sings normally. [Bulletproof anybody?] Jackson is just one of many artists currenly on the scene to be influenced by the 80s synth-pop movement from the likes of Yazoo, Depeche Mode & Human League. Whenever I hear people talk about her, she's very much the new Marmite. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2282/2420362174_e4d99f0dc9.jpg 069 Alison Goldfrapp + 101 Pts + Stats Votes: 10 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 1 Years Active: 1999 - Present I wished to joke about the #69 but that would be sad and well Alison Goldfrapp is anything but a whore. As her name suggests she is the frontwoman of the fantastically underrated Goldfrapp who up until 2010's horrendous letdown [Head First could do no wrong musically. Even the Queen of Mimes, Rachel Stevens was so swayed by their daring sound that she tried to imitate it on 2004's Some Girls. Goldfrapp's music is inventive and addictive with simple hooks built around swooning beats and Alison's breathy vocals. Their debut Felt Mountain is sublime and I demand y'all go and listen to it. http://www.belly-button-rings-guide.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/keri-hilson.jpg 068 Keri Hilson + 103 Pts + Stats Votes: 7 Highest Position: 4 Top Ten: 4 Bitch Slapped: 1 [Casey] Years Active: 2001 - Present Musically Hilson has only released one album [2009's In A Perfect World] and is probably most known for hanging onto other artist's records [Timbaland's The Way I Are], or using big names to sell her own music [Knocks You Down much?]. As you can probably tell I'm not a huge fan and find her to be irritating and an all round pointless RnB singer who does little to stand apart from the rest of the crowd. Congrats though to Hilson for scoring a legitimate top 40 SOLO hit in 2010 with I Like. Edit: She's also written for Britney Spears, Usher & Ciara so I suppose she's not TOTALLY irrelevant.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/theoneandonly/system/gallery/before_image/6/large/Dusty_Springfield.jpg 071= Dusty Springfield + 97 Pts + Stats Votes: 8 Highest Position: 6 Top Ten: 3 Years Active: 1958 - 1999 The only female in the countdown to appear in actual black and white photographs :o Such is the legacy of Dusty. Duffy has a lot to thank this incredible talent for that's for sure! And she so made the beehive hairstyle cool before Declinehouse got there. Springfield is one of few British artists to have success in America scoring 18 Billboard 100 hits during the 1960s. Wishing & I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself are amongst her slew of hits whilst she is most famous in the pop crowd for appearing on the Pet Shop Boys What Have I Done To Deserve This/ Dusty is also the only lady in the countdown to no longer be with us having passed away in 1999 due to a long battle with breast cancer though she left a legacy of music that shaped the way females were perceived in a male dominated industry. http://www.retrochick.co.uk/retroblog/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/geri.jpg 071= Geri Halliwell + 97 Pts + Stats Votes: 8 Highest Position: 2 Top Ten: 2 Years Active: 1996 - Present It's a bit odd to go from a musical legend like Dusty Springfield to Geri Halliwell within one post . Halliwell was the firey red head of British pop piece the Spice Girls who achieved the scale of world domination in the mid 90s that only The Beatles had seen before and Lady Gaga since. That infamous and iconic union jack dress and her loud, outlandish personality is possibly the big reason for her everlasting fanbase. Personally I always found Emma and Melanie C to be above her but when Geri left the group in 1998 to persue a solo career she unleashed an arson of horribly crafted, camp tunes that made a gay cruising area look safe. Sadly like the other Spices, her solo career had faded into obscurity by 2005 and she's done nothing of merit since. http://images.starpulse.com/Photos/Previews/Mary-J-Blige-u23.jpg 071= Mary J Blige + 97 Pts + Stats Votes: 7 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 2 Years Active: 1988 - Present Blige's fusion of Hip-Hop and soul have seen her win 9 Grammys and sell more than 40 million records worldwide! Citing the legendary [and unfairly missed out of this countdown] Aretha Franklin as her main influence, Blige is one of the most prominent and influential figures in the female RnB movement with eight multi-platinum albums under her belt. All these acolades aside and I can barely name three songs that she's recorded if I'm totally honest...

'Saw': The most successful horror series.
All 4 below it plus many, many more are a hell of a lot better -_- Well done to the people behind the series I suppose but it's very undeserved.

Buzzjack's Favourite TV Shows 2010 // NOMINATIONS
I don't mind it. I just don't like it enough to include it in my list. As far as Procedurals go Bones is actually quite decent compared to all that CSI & NCIS $h!t.

Amazon :: HMV :: Play :: Tesco :: 7digital -- Top 100 Songs
I would suggest Amazon to anybody who likes to buy MP3s. iTunes is so much bloody hassle just to even purchase a song whilst the prices on Amazon are a lot better and it's so quick and easy, it's painless.

She has a great voice, decent enough personality and a very distinct style which is evidently a result of her pre-music days as a burlesque dancer and magician's assistant. The music is rather sub-par though. It's nothing that hasn't been done before and there's far better artists out there that can manage it but Paloma Faith is certainly one of the more interesting new artists to emerge of late. Why the hell she is re-releasing her only decent song New York with a non-entity rapper on it is beyond me though. http://www.gossone.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/BrandyNorwood43.jpg 074 Brandy + 92 Pts + Stats Votes: 7 Highest Position: 3 Top Ten: 1 Years Active: 1993 - Present Star of TV show Moesha and responsible for one of the biggest RnB singles of all time in the fantastic The Boys Is Mine, Brandy is one of the leading ladies in the RnB genre. A lot of her earlier material hasn't aged well at all though especially the aforementioned TBIM which was a slick and sexy slice of music back in the day but sounds rather dull now as witnessed by the recent horrific Glee rendition. I loved her 2004 album Afrodisiac. More when I get home from work tonight.
