Hmmm. Just listened on Spotify. Dreadful. The only song I really love is 'Thunder' as it reminds me of an updated 80s power ballad. TBH even that could be done so much better by one of her contemporaries. It's just a poor album and I can't compare to her debut, as I've never listened to it, other than the singles, most which annoyed me,

November 4th is going to be Eminem, James Arthur, Avril, Wanted and Tinie, Carnage much? I bet The Wanted will be low top ten and avril will barely make top twenty.

I may be shot for this, but Devious Maids screams 'Desperate Housewives season 1 rehashed, complete with murder mystery of one of their galpals, but a whole cast of Latino stereotypes rather than just one'. And I ADORE Desperate Housewives, but not sure I could invest in this. Shame so many of my favourites are so low, but I forgot to vote so :kink:

So any news on when this is being released here? I think it could sell more than WCS if done right/X Factor performance.

The Monsters love to make beef. I actually got a copy of 'Roar' from a Gaga fansite and some of the trash the fans were throwing at every other female artist releasing this quarter was frankly disturbing.

No way will they renew Suburgatory. ABC will kill it with a stupid slot mid season and no promotion. It's like their new Cougar Town/Happy Endings. A massive shame as they create all these quirky comedies that would be great for cable then ditch them for shit like Tim Allen and quite frankly broadcast TV's worst show - The Neighbors. I will do a list later.

She really is a bit shit isn't she? I fail to find anything redeeming about her at all and even the odd song of her's I enjoyed at the time sound dated and offensive to my ears now. I'd rather listen to Mariah Carey screeching like a banshee.

I would imagine its seen as a transition song o the darker material on the new album. I love it. It's very much below most of her previous ingles currently, but is still fantastic.

She really does have a passion for music, that I don't doubt. Still, she is extremely unlikeable as an individual though. Unfortunately, Radio 1 seem to want their show to attract a younger, more casual audience than chart geeks.

I like her. She makes mistakes which are glaringly obvious, but she has quite a quirky personality which is enjoyable to listen to. Anything is better than Jk and Joel or that oaf Reggie.

I'm glad that 'Jack' monstrosity is not benefitting from the top ten effect.

Crikey, that Leah McFall woman is awful. I listened to both songs in the thread and she sounds like Mariah 'just gonna wail and throw every note or vocal acrobatic I can summon at a wall and hope its audible' Carey. Just sounds messy and painful to me.
