  1. I always liked 'Prince Charming' more personally, but nevertheless brilliant :D
  2. Why is there always an X Factor 4th placer (or there abouts) artist I hate that seems probable to get/or achieves a #1 single? Vickers, Cher and now Misha B. I can't explain it. I just dislike the girl intensely and I'm not swayed by whatever rubbish the media were spouting about her either. It doesn't help that the song is dreadful.
  3. He's a very beautiful man, but I'm not feeling this song. ITL was FAR superior. I'm not sure what it is about this one, that doesn't sit with me. I think its a combination of the female vocalist and his own voice not really suiting the track.
  4. Does this mean Ed Sheeran could finally make the top 100 next week?
  5. Thank you! And we should learn to not trust Popjustice by now. They always hype everything up far more than it deserves.
  6. SAIKI has sold WAY too much. LMFAO for a second million seller huh? :heehee:
  7. It already sounds amazing :o Can't believe it's only a demo.
  8. Even if the Jepsen does sound like that bint Diana Vickers, this is awesome :o
  9. Not fussed on the Will.I.Am track. Glad Taio Cruz and especially DeRulo are flopping hard though. DeRulo is one of the worst artists there is.
  10. Anything but Usher for #1 plz. His material is getting worse with each song he releases.

And this is why Teenah is our lord and saviour.

If this isn't a big hit (like bigger than TVD or at least on the same scale to that in its first season) then The CW really are screwed.

I meant more in a sense of the competition for the female demographic at that time. I honestly can't see any straight men buying into B&TB. There's a lot of audience overlap between that, Glee and Greys Anatomy which could harm the first two significantly. FOX clearly wants to try and prolong Glee for as long as possible. I haven't watched it since the start of Season 2.

BATB looks AWFUL. It is going to be crushed by Glee/Greys Anatomy. The other two seem alright though.

Red Widow and 666 Park Avenue are the only ones I'll be checking out. That is a crappy slate of comedies and Nashville looks all kinds of horrific.

I'll have to do some digging, but right at the end of last season, they said she'd remain on the show in some form. But they've given her a character poster so that must mean something, unless it's a red herring.

Think I read somewhere that Kevin Bacon only wants to do 13-15 episodes per season of The Following.

Did anybody watch the finale? Boring shipping crap aside, I thought it was FABULOUS and a definite sign there's still life in the show yet. Especially as I had begun to doubt it this year. SEPTEMBER PLEASE COME NOWS! :(

Am trying to avoid watching any trailers! I want to be surprised and not spoiled for once. I am so looking forward to finding out how they keep Tara on the show with half her brain spilling out! :D

After now watching the recently released trailers, I think Go On and The New Normal look good. Also The Mindy Project surprised me. It really is just like a Bridget Jones/New Girl love-child, but I found myself really getting the humour I actually think FOX have a solid set of pilots (minus that Ben & Kate business). Genuinely surprised! Whether any of them will still be on air this time next year remains to be seen.

Johnny Lee Miller (lead in Elementary) is astounding! Trainspotting and Frankenstein in which he and Benedict Cumberbatch alternated between the role of Victor/Creature.That said, I too think the show sounds horrendous. Sherlock Holmes in rehab?! Watson a woman?! I can see it going down the typical Bones/Castle route with the will they/won't they business, but I will watch the pilot at least, mainly because I think he's a brilliant actor. I also find it rather ironic that he is playing the role that Cumberbatch does on the British adaptation, especially as the monster/scientist in Frankenstein are like doubles of each other :heehee:

I think The Following could do really well, but it screams another Alcatraz style mess to me. That said Kevin Williamson is fantastic and the cast are extremely promising. Typical they leave The Goodwin Games until midseason as well when it actually sounds pretty decent. I'm worried for New Girl. It may crater completely without Glee and it's the only thing I care for on FOX. They really are heading downhill...

I'm not sure how I am supposed to judge a show from a one minute clip? They should've made trailers for them all. I wasn't overly grabbed by any of them except Revolution & Infamous. The scheduling is very daring and erratic though. If they weren't in last place out of the Big 4, I wouldn't be so concerned, but there is some very reckless moves there. It seems at this point as if they've just thrown everything into one box to try and find something that sticks.
  24. TSC's dismissal actually upsets me. The thing was they left it too long to actually get GOOD. The acting was horrendous at first, and gradually got better. I also think a lot of people failed to recover from one of the main cast being killed off so early (I think it did wonders for the show). It was basically a hot mess until the back 9 which have blown TVD's third season out of the water. By then though, the damage was done. I haven't watched HOD but it looks DREADFUL. Least everything else I watch has gotten through unscathed :D Nikita has obviously been renewed to avoid sacrificing anything else to Friday night, though now they've renewed it for a third, they're stuck with it for a fourth, if they want to reach syndication. I count 12 shows for the CW next year, so 2 for midseason (most probably Cult & Gossip Girl. Body of Proof surprises me as well. I smell Friday night for that.

ABC's comedies sound awful with the exception of How to Live With Your Parents. Their dramas on the otherhand... The CW made some brilliant choices. I heard The Selection was too similar to the Hunger Games it was verging on plagiarism. I reckon FOX will be down to NBC levels in a couple of years.
