I guess it was set up earlier in the year with her going awol before and no-one hearing from her. To everyone she is a lose cannon. Also although we haven't see it, there's nothing to say that Kat hasn't been texting Bianca and Reiss has been using it/ answering her. I guess even a line would've been helpful to cover it - even if it was just a line from Kat to Alfie about it, or Reiss getting/ responding to another message from Kat. Although saying that, it is a ridiculous storyline. Bianca being locked away for 2+ months off-screen really stretches believability. Whitney's exit and this Reiss story have been dent in CC's otherwise brilliant tenure on EE.

Surprised at the splurge of comments not enjoying it. I thought it was the perfect end to the series and really the only end it could've had. It was more of the same and really the series as a whole hasn't put a foot wrong. The last 90 minutes were basically like a mini series of its own - some good call backs to the previous series' and overall a good celebration of the series as a whole. Was it predictable - possibly... but then its a sitcom and most sitcoms are predictable. I was surprised at Sonia actually still being there, I guessed it wouldn't be Nessa he was going to marry initially, but I assumed Sonia would be long gone :D Need to give it a re-watch!
