Honestly said, I was really surprised and even impressed when I saw her on TV performing "Just dance" live - her vocal abilities are more than satisfactory ^_^ ; and "Poker face" is an even better song. This girl might be the next big pop star!

I think it will do business. I don't like the catwoman either, but probably this image was impersonating the idea of the supergirl (superhero... whatever). the video has a nice concept and though it might be a bit unexpected it will grow on everyone in a week or so. I remember when the single came out everybody was like 'oh, i didn't expect such a song from her' and now they're like - wow, why did she ruin this fabulous song with such a video' - it's normal. just wait a little bit and maybe time will prove me right :)

I agree - the similarities aren't accidental, they're part of the concept. Remember the Break the ice video was supposed to be a remake of the Toxic video? In the end it said ''....to be continued'', so this is it - Womanizer is the sequel. It was much much better than Britney's performance last year. Besides, a comparison is out of place - Christina and Britney are just different. I don't know why their fans keep trying to 'continue the battle'.

obviously, this is just a song that she recorded for her greatest hits album, so , let's say, it's just filling. the song won't be included in her next studio album. christina is an exceptional vocalist, probably one of the best, so the fact that she released a not so good pop song doesn't mean that she won't go back to her old level. nothing has happened at all, she's just trying out something new. the song might grow on most of us eventually, who knows? :)

Congratulations to the winner! I don't think this was the best choice possible, but I think Dima well deserved the award - he was obviously trying very hard. I think Never let you go was an amazing song, Believe wasn't that impressive, but still it's a nice song. I was also very surprised to find out that we've given our twelve points to Germany :D Whatever :)

Well, Bulgaria - my country- did not qualify, but I'm not disappointed at all (even though I like the song). Last year I was so excited about our entry, this time I was more like -_- <_< I didn't even watch the entire show - partying was better :D :D

He's totally right! Honestly said, we've never had true allies among our neighbours. For various reasons - mostly political and historical - it goes more like that: Cyprus+Greece, Macedonia+Serbia, Romania+Moldova - it's pretty obvious. Besides, having "friends" does not contradict the rules. You've also made your point, but you're wrong - it's not a POLITICAL vote; on the Balkans we share a common taste in music, so if our neighbours support our songs, it's mainly because they like them and just feel like voting ;) I don't expect you to understand that because it's hard to explain, but I can assure you - there is absolutely no political reason that would make other Balkan countries vote for Bulgaria.

I voted for Madonna, although they can't be literally called opponents, as Britney has better vocal abilities imo. However, Madonna is one of the greatest entertainers in the world, so she well deserves to be referred to as the Queen of Pop. I wouldn't say Christina can be compared to Britney anymore... But all of you are right - Britney doesn't have any rivals - that's only figurative, because she has already done what was needed to get recognition. :dance:
