You could say that about every number one ever though... Oh and don't mean to $h!t on your parade but Billboard discount albums that fall off the BB200 after certain amount of weeks. I.e. they can't chart again. So the BB200 includes only current albums. There's a catalogue chart for the 'classics'.

I don't really get this, his first album was big, his second album was also big. Handful of hits. He was hot too. Tons of potential!

Remember 'Bad Romance' didn't explode right out of the gate either! And that was on iTunes really early too. I wouldn't worry at all.
