    You're causing trouble because you shouldn't be in here at ALL. The conditions of your previous warnings stated that you were to stay out of here, correct?

     

    What do you mean TRYING to ban you? I don't NEED to try, if I want to ban you I could ban you, if you keep overstepping the mark in here I will ban you, and I think I already have mentioned to you that you shouldn't be in here earlier in the thread, but you had to keep coming back didn't you?

     

    Anyway, arguing with a Moderator is a serious offence, if you've done something wrong (which you have) accept that you've been repremanded, don't bother arguing and take it on the chin. Keep arguing and I will warn you again.

    Jay-Z has been thrust into the spotlight this week, after a close associate of the rapper pleaded guilty to assaulting singer R. Kelly with pepper spray. The defendant in the Kelly lawsuit, Tyran ‘Ty Ty’ Smith, Vice President of Def Jam Records and friend of President Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter, admitted to disorderly conduct when he stood trial in a Manhattan Criminal Court on April 24. The incident in question took place on the Best of Both Worlds Tour in New York’s Madison Square Garden in 2004, where during the show Kelly left the stage, claiming to have seen two men with guns in the audience. When he attempted to return to the stage to resume his performance, Kelly and some members of his entourage were assaulted with pepper spray. Smith has been sentenced to four days’ community service and two days of anger-management counselling, after which he will be acquitted of all charges.

    Snoop Dogg and fellow West Coast rappers The Game and Kurupt are being sued for $20 million, by a man who claims he was beaten down at one of the rappers’ concerts last year as part of the ‘How the West was Won’ tour. Richard Monroe is suing the three rappers and others for assault and battery. He claims he was asked to come onstage during the concert, but when he attempted to put his arm around Snoop during the rapper’s performance, he was given a beating.

    The man suspected of fatally shooting Proof of D12 turned himself into police on Wednesday, (April 12). Mario Etheridge, a bouncer at the Detroit nightclub where the incident took place, is being held in police custody for questioning. Proof was shot and killed outside the C.C.C. club on 8 Mile Road early Tuesday morning. Whilst details are still sketchy, it is believed that Proof became involved in a heated argument regarding an earlier pool game with one of the bouncers, Keith Bender Jr., at around 4.30am. The rapper then allegedly pulled out a gun, pistol-whipping Bender. “Proof knocked dude down and stood over him with gun in hand,†told a source close to Proof, born DeShaun Holton. “Proof shot first. The bouncer on the ground didn't shoot Proof; another bouncer [Etheridge] did. Proof was shot 4 times. Twice in the head and twice in the chest/stomach area.†Etheridge is the cousin of Bender, who is in critical condition and on life-support in hospital.
