I left the last soundclash open a bit longer this time and the results were as follows: Killers - Human [ 18 ] ** [58.06%] Beyonce - Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) [ 13 ] ** [41.94%] Another win for The Killers, I was quite surprised by this one to be honest! new challenger for them - the new single from Girls Aloud, The Loving Kind! Killers - Human vs Girls Aloud - The Loving Kind One final note - this will be the final soundclash until the weekend as I will not have internet access over Christmas, going to the folks and they haven't discovered technology yet lol!!

i believe i heard somewhere that x factor is due for 2 more series' which makes the last one 2010 - so i voted 2011!

would people rather the soundclashes last a bit longer - like 2 days for example (just so people know i won't have internet access over christmas so there will be a long soundclash from christmas eve till 27th/28th anyway!) but opinions are welcome how long would people like soundclashes to stay open for?

Don't know about others, but i'm with you - i loved the charts of old where new entries were rare in the top 20 and songs went up, the chart of 1996-2006 where it was a new entry at no.1 every time and no climbers was dull!

Pogues is better than Mariah Carey I agree, but that will slide as well I think unfortunately :(
