ChartsPlus gets even better!
I used to subscribe to C+ and am thinking of doing so again now, one problem for me though, my computer doesn't recognise all pdf files, some work and some don't! I don't want to pay for something I'm not going to be able to read, I've downloaded adobe on my laptop but it's very hit and miss. Is there another format you can open C+ in??

Ellie Goulding - Your Song
Completely agree, I like the song, but I think it is very overrated, her voice is just TOO soft for it.

Weekly Song Survivor
Not sure if people remember but a while back there was a thread where the Top 40 singles were listed and people posted their least favourite, when a song had 3 votes in succession it was eliminated from the list, 5 votes when it got to the final 10 and then first to 7 votes between the final 2 (not necessarily successive at that point). I left the site for a while and when I returned the game had gone, if I brought it back starting next Monday morning, would people be interested??

Yea, I doubt it would make a difference, if you look at the main chart and the download only chart, they're more or less identical these days

#1s Which Spent 3 or Less Weeks in the Top-10 (Singles)
How about when Elvis did that re-release of all his hits in 2005, I remember one hit, forget the name entering at No.1 and dropping to No. 21 the following week, the biggest drop from No.1 ever!

THE ARTISTS CHART - Wk beg. 14th Nov
WELCOME TO THE ARTISTS CHART!! Welcome to week 3 of this chart, made up from a points system, whichever artist is at no.1 receives 100 points, down to 1 point for no. 100. This chart takes into account both the singles and album charts. Will I Am - 109 Once again Katy Perry stands supreme, and, although the points are not as impressive, the gap is increasing, can anyone dethrone her?? With 6 new artists to the chart this week we say goodbye to the following... 31. 17. Peter Andre 32. 26. Usher 40. 11. Jamiroquai 41. 21. Rumer 44. 25. Joe McElderry 48. 27. Check back next week to see the latest, how much will Take That climb, could they get to No.1 if a surge of old hits return, and will Elton John make the chart after an Elton John theme night on X Factor? Artists Chart - Week Beginning 31st October
WELCOME TO THE ARTISTS CHART!! How this works is very simple, the artist who is number 1 in the singles and albums charts (this week Cheryl Cole and Kings Of Leon respectively) will receive 100 points, this format continues down the charts up to number 100 which receives 1 point. The more singles and albums an artist has, the higher their position is likely to be. In the case of 2 artists featuring on one song (eg. Travie McCoy & Bruno Mars) both artists will receive equal points. In the result of a tie for a place, the artist with the highest entry will come above the other. So enough waffling! Here is the chart for week beginning 31st October 2010 TOP 30 ARTISTS 01. KATY PERRY - 386 02. Tinie Tempah - 353 03. Michael Buble - 320 04. Kings Of Leon - 269 05. The Wanted - 262 06. Rihanna - 246 07. Eminem - 246 08. Cheryl Cole - 235 09. Script - 223 10. Bruno Mars - 178 11. Joe McElderry - 176 12. Usher - 176 13. The Beatles - 169 14. Taylor Swift - 167 15. Robbie Williams - 165 16. Saturdays - 156 17. Eliza Doolittle - 155 18. Pixie Lott - 152 19. Enrique Iglesias - 151 20. Bob - 143 21. Swedish House Mafia - 138 22. Lady Gaga - 137 23. Magnetic Man - 133 24. Plan B - 122 25. Katy B - 118 26. Brandon Flowers - 117 27. Adele - 115 28. Labrinth - 113 29. Pitbull - 112 30. Taio Cruz - 109 So there it is, Katy Perry takes pole position with a total of 3 singles and 2 albums in the charts! Let me know what you think of this idea and check back next week to see if Katy Perry can hold off the competition.

Artists Chart W/E Mar. 7th
This weekly chart is done under a points system, I've taken the Top 100 Singles and Top 100 Albums and given an artist points for where they appear in each chart - 100 points for No.1 99pts for No.2 down to 1pt. for No.100 Obviously if artists appear more than once then they get points for each time they appear. Once all the points are added up I'll put them into a table and do a top 40 - in the event of a tie the artist who has a song/album higher in the charts comes first. 01 01 Kings Of Leon - 433 02 02 Take That - 343 03 03 Killers - 304 04 04 Lady Gaga - 289 05 37 Prodigy - 275 06 05 Beyonce - 260 07 07 MGMT - 233 08 06 Alesha Dixon - 228 09 09 Katy Perry - 220 10 08 Lily Allen - 211 11 10 Saturdays - 211 12 11 Akon - 207 13 23 Ting Tings - 180 14 31 T.I. - 178 15 13 P!nk - 177 16 20 Elbow - 176 17 21 Pussycat Dolls - 172 18 15 James Morrison - 172 19 12 Duffy - 169 20 16 Girls Aloud - 168 21 14 Coldplay - 154 22 22 Rihanna - 148 23 17 Britney Spears - 144 24 27 U2 - 143 25 24 Jason Mraz - 138 26 18 Kanye West - 133 27 19 Miley Cyrus - 132 28 28 N-Dubz - 132 29 25 Seasick Steve - 118 30 --- 50 Cent - 115 31 36 Justin Timberlake - 113 32 30 Leona Lewis - 110 33 29 Script - 108 34 --- Kelly Clarkson - 100 35 --- Taylor Swift - 99 36 34 Ne-Yo - 99 37 --- Fleet Foxes - 97 38 --- Empire Of The Sun - 97 39 39 Shontelle - 93 40 --- Enrique Iglesias - 92 So no surprises that Kings Of Leon remain at the top and will seem to for the forseeable future with a lead of 90 points over Take That. The Prodigy have a huge climb of 32 spots to make it to the Top 5, also climbing well are Ting Tings at No.13 and T.I. at No.14. No huge drops although Duffy takes a fall of 7 after last weeks big climb and both Kanye West and Miley Cyrus leave the Top 20 falling 8 places. 6 New Entries this week which unsurprisingly include Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift, headed by the return of 50 Cent at No.30. Artists leaving the chart this week are: Morrissey (28) Fray (32) Bruce Springsteen (33) All American Rejects (35) Pet Shop Boys (38) Nelly Furtado (40)

Top 200 Best Sellers Of The Decade
on the debate of where does the year 2000 fit in, think of it this way - if i was to say 'the eighties' people would think 1980-1989 right? not 1981-1990, because 1990 would indicate the start of the 90's (having a 9 there instead of an 8) Therefore i would say the decade is 2000-2009

Artists Chart w/e Feb 28th
Take That were number one the first week I did this back at the start of the year, but since then it's been Kings of Leon (who were actually as low as no.5 on the first chart!)
