It was quite sudden that's for sure. The banner to the right on Britney's official site still states Ciara and Kristinia DeBarge as opening acts.

It actually happens quite a bit with Britney songs there. One of her singles might not be high up on iTunes at all but it'll zoom up the singles chats. Radar is a good example peaking at #8 last year! I think there might be another digital store out that is more popular for the Swedish considering songs on iTunes Sweden move around quite a bit anyways.

How do we know how much her past songs actually sold though here in the US? I would think Radar could still top singles like Outrageous sales-wise.

I thought the "final act" part was just being advertised in the US since she's coming back for a 2nd leg. I don't know if it refers to the final half of the tour or not but she hasn't tour Australia yet before... I definitely don't see a new album coming out as early as spring though if she's still touring then.

Wow, I wonder if that is actually true. I didn't see the tour going on even further but then again they DID want to add a South American leg and it just didn't work out... Plus the crowd is usually singing along most of the time haha.

Yeah, there's definitely some tracks from big producers she recorded for Circus that we never really heard or heard about.

I thought her mouth movements looked fine unless maybe it's cause that's a YouTube video recorded from Yahoo. :unsure: But I do agree about the shots of her just on stage and nothing else. That's kind of wtf. You can't really see what's going on around her at all. I definitely was expecting some crowd noise too. Maybe this is just a raw edit and we'll get something different for the DVD. :lol:

Still only #122 overall on US iTunes and it seems to have just about stopped gaining airplay although a handful of stations just added the track... so who knows. I'd think it should be enough to debut on the Hot 100 this week.

I'm not sure I see bonus tracks/unreleased tracks going on to a singles collection much less one of them being released as a single. Maybe it's tracks that never actually made the cut? Or I can always dream... lol.

Watching it? Don't worry, I missed it too. :heehee: It's not like she was on very long anyways and that's what YouTube is for!

Why's that? It sounds fine to me... at least makes it seem like the concert and not studio sounding. Definitely seems like that's footage for a DVD. They have quite a few different camera angles!

I don't think she could do wrong with some more Fernando Garibay tracks ('Amnesia' and 'Quicksand'). :wub:

Brace for a letdown... Breaking News: Britney will receive the Ultimate Choice Award at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, according to a newly published press release. But is Britney still PERFORMING at the awards show? Yesterday, Britney's official site confirmed the news of a Britney performance. Today, however, their update has changed. It now says Britney is just APPEARING at the Teen Choice Awards - no mention of a performance. And the drama continues! UPDATE: Britney is not performing at the 2009 TCA's, confirmed by Access Hollywood: Was a nice thought for a hot minute though!

Doesn't mean it's a new studio album... I'm guessing it's this Singles Collection thing so we get some new material and I don't know it's something other than a new album? :lol:

Maybe NEXT week now? :lol: It's way too close to not make it now especially if we get a Radar performance on Monday!
