Eden, If you look at a topic and see a little red square just before the title then you have not read everything. Touch or click on the red square and it will take you to the last post you read. Also you can track the thread by clicking the follow thread link at the top of the page when a thread is opened. You then choose how often you want to receive emails. Hope that helps :)
