  1. Wonderful performance from D....lots of charisma. And now that Danny is out, the younger female vote will swing over to D. I'm a nervous wreck every Friday !!!

Sounds good. Very often alternative methods have great results.
  4. TONIGHT Darius Campbell: I've changed my name from Danesh because I feel so Scottish Full story: The Sunday Mail POPSTAR To Operastar contestant Darius Campbell will sing Nessun Dorma tonight as a tribute to his 78-year-old grandad who inspired his name change. I feel happier that he is singing a well known piece rather than a more obscure piece. I think the public will better relate to something they know well.
  5. Are you waiting as well, Sue. Thought they would have been home by now.
  6. On DS two interesting and contrasting vdeo interviews with Meatloaf and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/realitytv/real...the-judges.html

Maybe Meatloaf has his eye on the up-coming vacancy when Simon Cowell leaves. If so he will be all sarcasm and put-downs.
  12. We're fine for food. Daughter did my Xmas shop and she has walked up once since with more fresh supplies. But our freezer is rapidly being depleted. I hate to think how much my next shopping spree will cost to replace all the stand-bys. Loads of tins of stuff left but I prefer fresh meat and veg to tinned or frozen. Hope you will be able to post about the show tonight.........I know Meg will be busy with her Mum. Trains from here are suffering delays. Hope yours is on time.

All these new albums to be released in the near future......sounds like it's going to be every man for himself. Wonder how much self-promotion we shall get.
  14. Great, the more support the better. Have you got through to Meg's, Pam? We are still snow-bound. Yet more snow last night. Glad I'm not travelling to London although I'm very disappointed to miss the show. Hope you all make it to support D. And hopefully to bring back photos for the rest of us.
  15. I wish I could go to the shops......still snow-bound. Yet more snow overnight. I'm pleased I'm not travelling to London, but very disappointed to miss the show. Hope you all get there safely.......enjoy!

Can anyone help please. I have a page of several e-mail alerts. I want to keep one but delete the rest. I've tried before to 'star' one, thus highlighting it, then delete, but this deleted the whole page last time. How do I delete some but not all? Help !

I think so, BT, but my knowledge is very vague.

Do you have a link for the photos, BT?

But did you vote for Hollins for himself, or for his dancing ability? I fear the same principle may emerge in D's show. Fan bases could overpower ability and personality.

Chris Hollins Ray Whittle was robbed.

Quote;- The Alexander Technique is a way to feel better, and move in a more relaxed and comfortable way...the way nature intended. An Alexander Technique teacher helps you to identify and lose the bad habits you have built up over a lifetime of stress and learn to move more freely. The Alexander Technique is for you if you are ready to feel more comfortable in your own body. The Alexander Technique can also help you if: You suffer from repetitive strain injury or carpal tunnel syndrome. You have a backache or stiff neck and shoulders. You become uncomfortable when sitting at your computer for long periods of time You are a singer, musician, actor, dancer or athlete and feel you are not performing at your full potential.

I think personality may prove as important a factor as talent and presentation in this particular show.
  25. BT, check your junk or spam section. That's where I found my e-mail to go on receiving e-mails.
