Thanks Pam. Lovely to see these again. Do you think playing the sax helped form the pout ?

What should you be doing? (5)
I should be looking at the Tesco Clubcard offers (magazine yearly subscriptions etc) but I have mislaid all the vouchers I have been saving. Have looked everywhere I can think of, but no luck. I hope they turn up.

Hope you have a good flight and a great time Pam. You'll be looking forward to seeing Stuart again. Enjoy !!! Plumbers seem to be in such demand that they can pick and choose their jobs nowadays Sue. Hope you get fixed up soon....good job you're not being flooded out.

And you're prepared to trust him after the plaster incident ? At least he's ready to have a go. Have you sorted a plumber out yet ? Our big council display was fireworks only this year, no bonfire. There's quite a lot of behind the scenes work then Pam. At least your three new pets won't be upset by the bangs, but I bet you have to sit with your two dogs. My daughter's dog is terrified.

How's this for a crazy Bonfire Night celebration. Around 2000 people gathered at Ilfracombe Rugby Club to stare at a 16 x 12 ft screen showing film of a bonfire, whilst speakers broadcast the sound of crackling wood and heaters warmed the revellers. The 'virtual' bonfire was considered safer than a real one !!! http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/200...uy-fawkes-night

Should have been doing housework, but instead I've been watching the goldfinches doing acrobatics on the birdfood hanging feeders.

I disagree. Marriage is the ultimate commitment. Many couples choose to co-habit, then move apart later. In this day and age moving in together is no great commitment, sometimes based only on convenience. And D has co-habited before. He is still at liberty to walk away if he so chooses, as so can N. and no-one would think any the worse of them. But marriage is a legally binding commitment, not so easy to end, and therefore entered with greater consideration. If they do get married, I would hope they would be proud enough to announce the event, and to publish a photo or two.

I am hoping that Meg's computer is playing up, and that it's not something more serious. Not like her to stop posting. Hope all is well, Meg.
