Thanks Claire :) The guy with Darius and Jacqui is Nicholas Hoult, an actor best known for the film 'About a Boy' He has just got engaged to his childhood sweetheart so I wouldn't think he is Jacqui’s date. I think you have a point Baytree - being seen with Jacqui may not be a good idea and perhaps that's why Darius looks uncomfortable, it wouldn't surprise me if they were back together :unsure:

Lovely thanks Meg :) Darius wanting to change his song reminds me of Popstars when he wanted to sing 'You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling' which he felt demonstrated his range. He was told he couldn't sing it and asked to sing 'Never gone give you up' which he felt was a joke and refused to sing. They decided on 'Make it easy on yourself' which I loved, but that was the week he went out. He didn’t want to win Popidol and be tied into the contract, however he does want to win this show and I guess he feared the choice of song would see him leave. I know we get a lot of twats on the internet putting him down but I really do think majority of the public have been and still are behind him, I think the votes he is getting prove that. It's the Media who try and influence the public against him but if his fans can see that so can others. IMO the public disregard the judge’s comments in most of these types of programs and I really think he may win this.

I looked on facebook at 9am this morning and Darius posted 8 hours ago. How nice of him to thnik to post at 1 in the morning. :) OMG....thank you all so so much. I am incredibly happy to be in the final next week. I just can't believe it...I wouldn't have got this far without you all and your support. You are the best fans ever and I hope you can all join me for one last week ? Lots of love ...D x

I think you're right Paul, Ronaldo said "we prepared it three days ago" and that's why he felt Darius was playing the game. If that was the case then why did Ronaldo say in his critique that Darius had felt the song and come up with it, doesn't make much sense to me :wacko:

Rolando said to Darius after he had sung Granada "Thank you for the (twiddle) you felt the piece and came up with that beautiful" (I couldn't hear his last word). In any case Darius didn't say he hadn't done the (twiddle) before, he said he didn't know he was going to do it, that it just came out. It could be he had done it in rehearsal and Rolando decided not to keep it in. Maybe he didn't like that Darius had put it in anyway and that maybe Darius isn't playing his game lol

The interview with Lorraine was my favorite, Darius seemed so relaxed and comfortable and he looked so cuddly in his Jumper – brilliant!

Friday of next week two will be voted off the show leaving only two for the final the following week!

Oh dear I thought the show was awful, it's like a pantomime with Lawrence and Meatloaf on the judging panel, the show is really tacky. Darius sung well but I wish he wasn't involved :(
