I'm going to be really vague here (not unusual for me!! :lol: ) but they have been advertising a programme about holiday reps - I think it is another reality-type programme (don't know which channel) and Noel is starring in this! :D I wonder if this means that he will try a solo career afterwards!? I know you weren't being nasty Callum (we're all friendly on Buzzjack :D ) but I honestly don't see what difference when his last single was out makes!? I think 'Live Twice' was released in January 2005 (it got to No.7 in the chart) and Darius has been working on his third album in between his 'sell-out' stints as Billy Flynn in Chicago. Hopefully we will hear very shortly that it is finished and ready for release So Darius is definitely not "so 3 years ago", he is definitely very here and now and in the future!! :D Julie

According to Kelly if a Forum isn't listed the number of views wasn't worth being considered!!? Green Day weren't on the list either, but have now been added at the bottom. I assume we must be 'rock bottom' for some strange reason!!?? I find that hard to believe but we have had a couple of quiet weeks haven't we! :) It always seems strange to me that none of the regular Lounge users ever comment on how well or bad the Darius Forum is doing - we just don't exist in some of their minds!! :angry: No-one has commented that we are not included on the list - is it worth querying!!? Hello Baytree I'm so sorry to hear your sad news!! :cry: It is said that you can count the number of true friends you have on one hand and someone you have kept in touch with since Primary School must surely have been a true friend!! It is so hard to understand why certain things happen in this life and none of us ever know how long we will be here - when somebody close passes away, it puts everything into perspective!! 'Dive In' has gone!! - It didn't have anywhere near the number of plays as SLTT!! I wish he would put 'Love to Love' or 'Faith in Me' on there instead of 'How Do You Like It' but a sample of some new music would be even better!!! :D

I know I shouldn't really be discussing Holly Valance in D's Forum, but just to bring the subject to conclusion - she was in a few episodes of Prison Break (and may be in the next series!), she played a murder victim in a CSI episode and had a bigger part in an episode shown the other night. Also, according to one of the Sunday supplements last week, she has gained one of the lead female roles in a film (can't remember the name, but I think a spy thriller!!) which is due for release in September, I think. Moving to the US certainly does not seem to have been a bad move for her!! :D Julie

I watched that too, Preston - wasn't it lovely hearing 'Darius' mentioned nearly every 5 minutes for two hours!! :D Also, the other suspect, 'Rosie' was a 'Popstars Darius lookalike'!! :lol: Julie P.S. I do so hope that this is true!! It doesn't sound as if he will actually be performing at the concert but we may get 1-2 hours of just Darius at the aftershow party!! It certainly isn't cheap but it's for charity and 1-2hours of Darius is certainly worth it!! (champagne too!! - one or two glasses might help me to stop shaking when I speak to him!! Darius did a lot of growing up between Popstars and Pop Idol - didn't he nearly have a nervous breakdown and turn to drink because of all the media negativity!!? Then he pulled himself together and came back to prove himself - I wonder how many of the people who called him 'fake' would have the guts to do that!! Why does Darius have to write/sing/portray one style of music?? when he so obviously loves many genres of music from opera to rock!! If people are looking for an excuse not to like him, then they will find one and nothing will change that - for some reason enjoying writing and performing many different styles of music is being fake and insincere - surely if you are as determined as Darius to follow his love of writing and performing he could be nothing but sincere!! To me Darius is like a chameleon!! :D As you say, minor changes can make such a difference and he adapts to suit every style of performance brilliantly and look absolutely gorgeous!! :wub: No matter what he does he always gives 110% and that is why, although there are other performers I admire, Darius is the ultimate for me!!
