I think, no-matter what anyone's music preference, 'Secret Song' would have to appeal to most people. Just Darius and his guitar, a beautiful song, clarity of voice and wonderful guitar playing. My stepson (24 years old) loves Darius - he liked his first singles so I bought him Dive In and he loved it!! However, with Live Twice (the album), he wasn't so sure!! He liked Live Twice, but having skimmed through said he preferred Dive In. I played him 'Secret Song' (he hadn't even realised it was on there!!) - he loved it and then played the album thoroughly - hooked!! :dance: Another convert!! :D Julie

I totally agree with you there Madame Cholet!! I sometimes feel sorry for him too - but he takes it so well doesn't he!! :lol: I, personally, don't see how any woman could not fancy him!! :wub: I sometimes wish that I didn't, then I could possibly have a sensible conversation with him like Meg does! :D My best ever Darius moment(s) were, I think.... when he sang 'Fly Me to the Moon' to me at Maidstone and looked me straight in the eye when he sang 'I love you'!!! :heart: :heart: and also the way he looked at me when we had the 'meet and greet' and I was trying to speak to him coherently!! :lol: Julie

You're right PIP, an instant 'pickyouup' - I used to leave 'The Box' on while I did my housework, and as soon as I heard the sound of the car pulling away I would run to the TV!! I wonder what Jacqui is doing now - I hope she is happy! Julie
