Hi BT :hi: The Angel of Death is Abdiel. I hope D is trying for Beelzebub - I think he becomes Lucifer's 'right-hand man'?? D was born to be on the big screen and, as you say, if he doesn't get his chosen role in PL he will just keep on trying. He is certainly on the 'right road' and mixing with all the right people I don't think we will have to wait long (famous last words!! :D) Julie

Darius and Natasha must be gaining popularity over in LA..... on the IMDb board Natasha has now gone up from the Top 5000 into the Top 500 and Darius has gone up 12,356 places into the Top 5000.... wonder what they are both up to??!! The Angel of Death has now been cast in Paradise Lost, so I hope that is not the part D was hoping to get!! Julie

Bradley Cooper and Alex Proyas, the Director, were at Comic Con on 22/7 showcasing the film and answering questions. I believe Darius was also there on that date so that may have been when initial interest was shown... it may have even been suggested that D try for the part in the same way it was suggested he 'try out' for Rhett Butler! :D It would be wonderful to see him on the 'big screen'.... especially in 3D!! Over on Facebook Pat has guessed that PL stands for 'Paradise Lost' and it seems very likely. A film is due for release in 2013 with Bradley Cooper being lined up to play Lucifer. Assuming from the dialogue that Darius isn't auditioning for 'Michael" (Jesus) or Adam or Eve(lol!), I wonder which other hopefully predominant character he is hoping to play?! and... yes.... it certainly does sound like Natasha reading for him! Morning everyone Well... the rain was pouring down going along the M25 but when we arrived at Kempton Park it was dry and it actually stayed dry for the rest of the day!!! It was pretty cold though!!lol! Met up with Meg, Wendy, Val, Anne-Marie and Jackie but..... where was everyone else?!! I thought I would see a lot of familiar faces as we had had to wait so long for a Darius performance! Darius is such a natural performer, he seemed so relaxed (happy!!lol!), even though, as Meg commented, it was obvious when he tried to hit a couple of high notes that he was suffering with his throat! Of all the 'big band' songs I love his version of 'Feeling Good' and 'Fever' is a pretty close second. He was on stage for an hour and the performance was 50/50 'big band' and his own songs which I call 'pop' meets 'big band' :D He sang 'Ba da Bing Ba da Boom' (is that right?), Jack, Crazy Love, Devil in You and Colourblind and a new song called 'Again' which seemed more in his 'old' style and really good His 'new record' was mentioned several times! :D I wish that I had been able to speak with him but it wasn't to be this time :cry: and I hope that he looks after his voice for the next couple of days if he is going to sing live with the orchestra on PSTOS on Sunday. All in all it was a very enjoyable day, it was wonderful to see D again and it was even better as we did really well on the horses too!! :lol: I hope there will be other chances to see D again this year and that we will hear soon what we have to look forward to. I've managed to vote several times with perseverence.... I've had to keep reloading sometimes waiting ages for the pictures to show or had to click the vote button twice after typing in the code... very annoying and slow when I should be doing so many other things!! ;) Julie

Any offers??!! :lol: I think D did have quite a few votes during the night when it was the 'weekly vote' (maybe his American friends?) - perhaps they don't know about the monthly vote.If only Darius had something to say on his Facebook page then maybe more people would notice and help out but, as it is, we can only try not to lose too much ground... it's only a bit of fun, isn't it!!?? :cry: :D Julie
