This season has been sooooo camp and extra, I'm living! I however detest all the strong women being voted out. I really liked Frankie, Peta and Viola. Although, Frankie and Peta did play quite poorly. I can see they are trying to play on the successes of last year, you can basically narrate this entire season to fit in with what happened LAST season. Just replace George with Faras (or potentially Mark if Faras is out early). Replace Liz with Valeria. Even the last episode with Sarah felt a bit like when George had the numbers and started socially isolating people and planting seeds (this is not meant to be a criticism - I loved last season!) Mark and Faras are going to jockey for that lead position. I love Feras owning the Villian hat. He came to play. He's probably the standout so far this season for me. Mark as well I see as a strong player, however, I'm surprised his little group turned on him so early. It will be interesting to see if he can play from the bottom. Alex however is doing an exceptional job playing from the bottom - I'm impressed. Aileen seems to pop up every once and a while, I like her but need to see more. #IToldYou Caroline ABSOLUTELY SERVED with that "I've delivered thousands of babies, but I'm ready to deliver my first blindside." MOTHER Eden I do like, I wish he was working more closely with Mark. I actually think Eden probably has what it takes to outlast Mark and be the strategically dominant male this season (later in the game). Jaden is just completely useless, I don't even see him getting voted out anytime soon. Kelli is bonkers, but I'm still not sold so I would be okay if she left soon. Kirby I adore, I was rooting for her, but completely over-edited. She seems unwilling to compromise, her ego is too big and she's losing steam in my eyes. I wish some of the edit Feras was getting would sprinkle onto Kirby. They seem hellbent this season to make the women look terrible, but the men get a more positive edit. Valeria is high up on my list as well, I need her to get revenge for Viola. I need blood. This season so far - FANTASTIC. So meaty. Pre-Merge has been amazing. Very fluid season so far. Loving this!

RHOA: Kandi Out. Porsha officially returning. Edit: Marlo is out as well (People Magazine). RHOBH: I haven’t missed Lisa Rinna and I think Crystal/Sutton/Erika and Garcelle as an ensemble works very well. What a juggernaut season for Sutton tho. This season has been light and breezy but I struggle to remember what actually happened? Sometimes breezy is good. RHOBH got dark there for a while. This feels alright, but I’d be okay with Dorit leaving.

I honestly feel like 16 CARRIAGES is miles above TEXAS HOLD ‘EM. I’m excited for ACT II, but I was left wanting so much more from Renaissance ACT I. Loving the country vibes and I hope Part III is indeed the Rock inspired album.

I can’t believe Fröken Snusk almost didn’t make AC. Looks like we need to take the app away from anyone over the age of 45!

Maria Sur’s song sounds almost like a track from The Saturdays. I loved the performance. I’m not sold on the song and I thought her vocals were pretty poor, especially at the beginning. Easily DTF tho - despite me not liking the song, great performance!! Also, the portion between the performances. I never understand what’s going on, but usually something fun and exciting happens as they talk to the artists. This year.. I still don’t know what’s going on, but doesn’t seem very interesting. Dear Sara not my cup of tea either, some of that performance was fun and vibrant.. but the rest of the time she just stood there with nothing going on. Not the best. C-Joe shaky vocals all over the place, but I liked this a lot more than Dear Sara. LIAMOO not the biggest LIAMOO stan and I don’t think that was his best entry but VERY good! DTF for sure. Fröken Snusk: my stream died with 30 seconds left of the performance. I think LIAMOO and Maria Sur are DTF for sure. I’m hoping this is AC and just picks up momentum from here. Second AC winner perhaps?!

^ was just wrapping up my first listen and I agree 100% A few okay tracks, some very boring tracks that I’d never want to circle back to… and with the album being only 39 minutes…. lol

Heat 2 Performance Clips are out. Maria Sur is in danger. Those vocals are shockingly bad, but excellent staging. LIAMOO’s song is boring but alright staging. Fröken Snusk…?! This has the potential to win Melfest!!

The disrespect on my Spotify, they don’t even bother to add them into my Release Radar. I can’t believe Pixie’s Parasol came out over 3 Years ago. Hope we get an album soon?

Episode 7: AMAZING STRATEGIES IN PLAY. Sandra working with Parvati to keep her safe <3 I love Peter and how he’s running the faithful, but I also need him OUT. This season could be… perfect? Or at least close to it. I thought I’d be more disappointed because a lot of my favs have already left, but this is STILL serving. Casting Related: Marcellas (Big Brother 3, 7) confirmed yesterday that he was contacted about this season specifically but declined because he didn’t have a passport. Said he was glad to give this season a pass because of Janelle. It’s been 20 years, I don’t know why Marcellas always has a hate on for strong women! I need a season with Janelle, Danielle Reyes and Amy Crews to send his ass home first!

Heat 2 Clips are out. I was always going to be underwhelmed with this heat. On a quick glance.. LIAMOO is so predictable and likely DTF with Maria Sur. The only things that peaked my interest was Fröken Snusk. Why does Ahumma have 6 writers?!

Confirmation from SVT today that they are indeed continuing to film for a 25-Year A*Teens Reunion Special that will air later in the year. I really hope the momentum continues into something grande. Ideally for me, Vinyl Releases of their albums and a small tour would be ideal. I'm not sure that will happen, but I will manifest! I likely think we will get a Melodifestivalen Entry for 2025? I think any later the momentum will fade. This followed by a small tour is the most realistic approach in my mind. I'm just so happy they are open to adding more into this Reunion. Logistically however I don't see a full out Reunion with a new album, touring etc. But I'll take anything!

Those ratings are massive - wow! It will be interesting to see if they can navigate this show as 2x a year without over-saturating the market. Having 11 Months between seasons probably won’t last (likely true for the US Version as calls for Season 3 are going out).

Awful Liar does stick with you a bit, even if I forget what the rest of the song even sounds like. Hela världen väntar was not one of Samir & Viktor's best if I'm being honest. Forever Yours YES. Very Steps meets Charlotte Perelli. This heat ended up being better than I expected, hence the close result. I always thought Smash Into Pieces was going DTF but I hated that performance. Less lasers, more naked please. Also Samir & Vikor *FINALLY* have a Compilation album. As much as Shuffla and Bada Nakna are essentials, I also give Ododlig, Put Your Hands Up and Kung bop status.

I misjudged Awful Liar but based on what I’m hearing probably still AC?

They brought back the DTF performance so I switched over from MGP to watch smash into pieces perform TWICE and I’m still waiting for the A*Teens (this performance is just awkward too)

Switched from MGP to this because I am NOT missing the A*Teens. But, Smash Into Pieces. That was a bit meh. Much prefer their track from last year.

I’m hoping it’s between KEiiNO and Gåte but I think Gåte have this in the bag. Each performance so far has been a huge step up from the original performances as well.
