This is becoming another Top Tier Season for Big Brother Canada. ROUGH Start. However, the gameplay this season was instant. Clear divisions and side. Very fluid, lots of back and forth between sides. This has BB6US Potential really. My Ratings so far: 01: Kuzie: Absolute queen, smart game player, she seems to be good with almost everyone, but she's the biggest threat in there at the moment. 02: Santina: Controversial putting her in 2nd, I see her as this seasons Janelle without having the support of a large alliance. She's here to play, she's here to take out big players. She's bringing ALL the drama with absolutely EVERYONE this season. I want 'The Crown' to pick her up as a number. 03: Anika: She's been a bit of a slow burn for me but she's picking up traction for me absolutely. 04: Renee: Alright, yes - perhaps a bit high, but I do personally prefer Renee over a few others. She can't win for shit and she's on the side of the house I have distaste for - but she's playing her heart out and I respect it. 05: Claudia: She's gone up and down in my rankings week over week. She seemed at the beginning to be a solid gameplayer, but Ty really f***ed up her game big time. I respect her ending things with Ty (maybe?) but we will see if that lasts. Her story isn't the best - I'd rather Renee take it out if the winner is going to be on the other side of the house. 06: Ty: Ugh, I cannot stand this man. His runway at the beginning of this game was exceptionally strong. He had Zach, Kuzie and Santina as allies, what the f*** happened? (Zach). He has a LOT of work to correct the mistakes in his game, but I think if he can get in good with 'The Crown/Kuzie' he may last a big longer. I don't think he's a huge threat to win, but I think Kuzie may want to use him a shield a bit longer. 07: Daniel C: I cannot stand this man and the selfishness of the Veto win he had - he completely destroyed 'The Crown' by saving Ty last week. 08: Shanaya: Lol now the poster child of this season for distaste in getting Jonathan out, this could be the Jennifer/Kaysar decision of the season, completely destroying her game. And now Kuzie joins a very, very shortlist of Black Female Big Brother Players that has won 2 HOHs in a single season. I am PRAYING WITH EVERYTHING that she pulls out a Taylor and wins this god damn season. She has the story. She has the gameplay, but she is a huge threat in there. I'm hoping for a Renee/Claudia/Shanaya nomination this week, I really don't care who goes (I'd prefer Shanaya). But I would love to see the other side win for drama purposes. I wouldn't be upset with a Daniel C nomination next week with him going.

I have to say, I’m actually enjoying this season of Survivor US. I detest every single twist and turn, but the PEOPLE this season. Great casting!! Loving Carrolyn (obv!!), Carson, Frannie (now that she’s free!!) and Yam Yam.

I recently picked up the demo for Octopath Traveller 2. Great Demo on the App Store, it basically allows for 3-hours of gameplay. I picked Castti and picked up Partito as well. It seems like a fantastic game. I’d like to pick up the full game at some point but the $83.99 Pricepoint is a bit steep.

I've had some time to sit with the album a bit longer. It unfortunately doesn't meet the heights that 'a touch...' delivered, but it's a very solid cohesive album. For me it leaned a bit more in a country direction, especially at the beginning of the album. Highlights for me: pretty much the entire album.. but I will admit 'Blue Dress' and 'Way Of Nature Way Of Grace' aren't instant favourites of mine. Everything else is great, apart from the singles/pre-releases my instant favourites are 'Open To Something...' 'Sunchoke' and Tear The Night Up'. Solid delivery, a bit short. Australian Survivor Final: I've said it once and I'll say it again, one of the best seasons of Survivor in Australia, and definitely one of the top seasons Globally. Shocked especially since last season was a dogs breakfast :lol: I guess the most disappointing part of the final was that it wasn't the 3-hour extravaganza that it deserved. I understand the cautiousness of not wanting to read the votes live, but they could have plopped in a live Reunion for sure. I was also disappointed that we didn't get to see Shonee at ALL during the final (including the vote read!) I kinda suspected George may end up 4th, he played way too strong of a game to be at the final tribal. The rest is history really. Matt really fumbled with the inability to articulate a single move he made after Liz claimed the George vote. Gerry it seemed struggled at the social element of the game, which we never really saw playing out. And Liz pulls off the clean sweep. Very deserved. She was really able to demonstrate how she played the hell out of this game on all tribes. If it wasn't going to be George; I'm glad it was Liz! I can't believe Survivor Australia is wrapping up tomorrow. By far one of their top seasons, and one of the top seasons of Survivor overall! Honestly I'm looking for a George or Liz win tomorrow. I think I would be okay with a Jerry win, but I don't want Matt getting a single vote. There are a few votes on the Jury that I'm a little meh on (Flick, Shaun, Sam) I think their three votes could randomly be placed on a sub-par 3rd like Matt or Jerry. With a Final 3 and only 7 votes, I can't believe it really only take 3 votes to win this season. I think George may have a hard time pulling in a few votes. Cutting Shonee may have hurt him, but he really had no choice. UGH. Not long to go now.

Survivor Australia: that was probably one of George’s more vulnerable positions and he still didn’t get any votes. Give the king the crown already :lol: Although, he still has a bit left to go. Not sure if getting rid of Simon over Nina was a good idea. Sure, Simon was a Challenge Threat, but you still have Liz and Matt left. Nina potentially could collect the votes needed. My preference on order: Winner: George Runner-Up: Liz 3rd: Nina 4th: Jerry 5th: Matt

This is all just so... meh? Let's be honest, the Endless Summer Vacation ended at Island. Wonder Woman doesn't fit into this album at all for me.. so really, this 'Endless Summer Vacation' is about 35 minutes. Breaking that down a bit further, both collabs are pretty bad. Why are we giving Sia a platform? Muddy Feet is god awful. River isn't as good as what everyone is putting out there. I mean, the album is cute! Definitely not worth the hype leading up to the album unfortunately.

That was actually a great first eviction episode. The gameplay started early this season, although, I am disappointed with the results. JM played hard. I wish he could have pulled that off.

Alright, let's dive into this disaster a bit more. Getting rid of the live feeds was absolutely the worst call they have ever made. I don't get why they did it. We never got any explanation. I honestly thought they were building to something big (Canada vs US, All Stars) but instead, it ended up being a batch of... newbies? BB Twitter has absolutely lost it. I wouldn't be surprise if they've had a few crisis meetings to see if there is something they should do (and if they haven't, they should). Conveniently, viewing statistics in Canada won't be as broadly available as they have in the past, so it's hard to say what the immediate impact has been. Moving on to the show itself, it now feels very odd having this many episodes before the first eviction. Again, these houseguests seem ultra messy. And obviously, this Boys Alliance is going nowhere... Zach will be out Pre-Jury for sure. Anika: I want to like her a lot more than I do at the moment. I hope she survives the week. Claudia: Seems to have the right lens on approach when it comes to the game, I'm excited to see more. JM: I love him, I really want him to survive this week. Kuzie: QUEEN. Roberto: Yum. For me he's the only one I like in the boys alliance. Sanita: omg messy queen hoh. I don't know what the f*** she's doing :lol: this week hopefully has good long term effects.. but she can't be THAT blind to the boys and Zach, can she?! Zach: I've met hundreds of these douchebags throughout the years. These houseguests are handling him very well! I expect he will be out Pre-Jury, unless somehow an alliance picks him up and uses him as a goat. This has potential to be as fluid and messy as last year actually.
