Green Day - ¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRÉ!
I'm loving Amy so far, it's up there with Good Riddance and Macy's Day parade when it comes to green days best slow/accoustic songs.

Azealia Banks 'Broke With Expensive Taste' · November 2014
Been listening to her non stop the last couple weeks, love the 90's sound of the 1991 ep and Fanatasea is a great mix tape, it's so refreshing to hear some actual tallent after having Niki Minaj rammed down our throats the last few years.

Green Day - ¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRÉ!
Listened to the Uno stream, still not the old Green Day i love but much better than 21st cb. Shoot the DJ is quite cool and catchy, let yourself go is my favourite though, the solo sounds like it's been pulled right out of 1039 slappy hours.

Green Day - ¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRÉ!
Same.. Im guessing atleast one of these 3 albums will be one that sounds like their older stuff, probably dookie though i'd prefer 1039/kerplunk.. that in itself will probably be a better album than AI and 21cb.

Mike Posner 'Looks Like Sex'
Hip hop...? This guys a crock of shite but i think a certain guest appearence already proved that.

You Me At Six - Sinners Never Sleep

The Buzzjack Rock, Punk And Metal Awards 2011
I'm still undecided on SB6 but if they dropped the female vocalist i'd probably enjoy their music alot more, have spoken to the singer/guitarist Barney on twitter a few times though he seems a top lad!

Nicki Minaj wearing Lil Wayne's outfit in Birdman's new vide
I think i'd rather drink bleach than watch what you've just described.

Die Antwoord - Enter The Ninja
Judging from their previous stuff though while i agree about the new song i doubt it will be a real representation of the album!

Hello alien forum
What Kid Cudi are you listening to? He has a track called Persuit of happiness ft mgmt and ratatat from his first album which is pretty decent, his best stuff is probably from his Kid named Cudi mixtape though. As for indie hip hop, do tribe called quest and de la soul count!?? XBIajxETI5w

Cher Lloyd - Sticks + Stones
Nice to see this is finally out the rap forum but i can't help think the trash can is a tad more appropriate than the pop forum!

Die Antwoord - Enter The Ninja

Paramore Singles Club
I agree, Riot was quite a commercial album but while BNE doesn't have the tunes to match it has quite alot of bland poppy hooks and lacks the depth and more complexity some of the songs on the older albums have, theres a bunch of songs on the last album i cant even remember how they go, ones like turn it off, playing god, feeling sorry etc cos they all sound the same pretty much to me! I think they will always retain some of their original sound due to Taylor York who has been around with the band since the beggining, i don't know how much uncreditted input he had on the first album but he wrote some tracks like oh star which is imo one of their best songs and doesn't sound out of place with the songs Josh wrote. I think right now its importent for them to get an official drummer and guitarist cos going around as a 3 piece is making them seem even less a credible band atm and more like Hayley and the back up..

Paramore Singles Club
I think you're completly wrong there, while renegade does sound a bit of a blast from their past (a good thing) Monster didn't and was a bit mehhh. For all we know is falling and probably Riot Josh would of had complete freedom to write what ever he wanted seeing as they had nothing to prove and were writing music they liked, if anything they were probably pressured into writing more commercial stuff for brand new eyes which is most likely why they left. If were them i'd of felt pretty disillusioned if i was in a rock group and my singer was now doing songs with rappers and my songs (that were already popular within the genre) were suddenly getting played on all the pop stations. In my opinion bar misguided ghosts and maybe all i wanted brand new eyes was a creative step back!

Cher Lloyd feat. Mike Posner - With Ur Love
Keep telling yourself that..

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Adventures Of Raindance Maggie
While I don't have much hopes for this album being any better than the last dissapointing effort i think Chilli's are a rare example of a band who will be capable of making good music music for a long time yet.. I know By the way is almsot ten years old now but the fact they made such a great album then about 20 years into their career gives me hope! Maybe after another break John will come back and rejuvenize them, well i hope anyway!

Top of the Pops on Thursdays, bbc 4.
For the people who have been watching all these can i ask if a De la soul video was played on one about 2/3 weeks ago cos i think my girlfriend knowing what a fan i am was winding me up!

Jersey Shore
I love this show so much now, they are awful people but so entertaining to watch! Shame i'm on Viva pace though, only just seen series 3!

Jane's Addiction - Irresistable Force
While i don't know alot of their back catalogue I love Been caught stealing, Mountain song and Jane says, I don't love this and don't hear the old sound from the tracks i know, sounds like the kinda of rubbish linken park have been releasing from their last two albums.

Simple Plan 'Get Your Heart On!'
The definetly beat Nickleback to the award of Canada's worse band.
-
You Me At Six - Sinners Never Sleep
Has that same generic sound of the previous album, which imo took itself to serious and lacked any of the fun of the first album! Maybe i'm just biased but Josh's constant bum licking of Radio 1 and Paramore put me off the band quite a bit even though they were one of my favourites to start with, i just think that from the demo's and first album it was clear they have something special but after the last album and that song with chiddy bang which was just :manson:, it seems they are more interested in taking the easy route! Edit: I must look like such a negative bast*rd in this forum! Maybe I just hear older music through rose tinted speakers.. :(

Your 80s favourites?
Human League - fascination. I wasn't around for the 80's but compared to todays standards i'd say this is a great pop song, maybe back then though this was considered a cheesey guilty pleasure?

First CD album you bought?
All Killer No Filler - Sum 41, first time i had ever ventured outside chart music into guitar music and they remain my favourite band today! Thankfully their musics matured a bit now since 2001!
