Maybe, but what would happen if someone for example in the UK was trying to vote for their own country without knowing? it would probably leak all over the internet anyway

Some of it is neighbouring countries voting yes, but you have to also note that neighbouring countries also share similar music tastes aswell. Ireland voted for UK probably because they had seen him on the X Factor anyway, so thats not really a valid example of neighbourly voting.
