  1. Im expecting to crash out. Hoping that it won’t be too close to the bottom of the semi in the end Aber mal schauen
  2. But that’s my original point, this lot shot off at 100mph screaming cover up before the police even had the information at hand. How can they be right about a cover up when at the time they were screaming about it the police didn’t even know about things like the ricin???? You can’t cover up something that isn’t known. That’s like a pretty basic concept. As I said they were burning down hotels as the police were finding out this information, so what good would it have done to release it at this point? Your assessment relies upon two things, first the concept of perfect information (that being that everyone as all the information available to them at the same time immediately and doesn’t allow for the discovery of evidence) and second that the evidence was known to the police before the riot hit the point of no return
  3. Cheshire police have stated no such thing. They’re not even involved. You’re yet to say what the revelation that Ricin or the Manual existed would have done. Does that impact the defendants right to a fair trial? Given that when this was discovered racist thugs were already setting hotels on fire do you think this would have defused that environment or just thrown a tanker ship full of petrol onto the fire?
  4. What information was „covered up“? That the accused had been researching terrorism online? That isn’t something that is known from minute zero. For one thing they have to identify the suspect first and then there’s judicial and evidentiary process to be followed to ensure anything found is admissible in a court of law. Search warrants need to be obtained and executed, telecoms companies have to be subpoenaed and it takes time to gather the records to hand over and then someone has to review them in detail. This isn’t a crime drama on the BBC, that shit takes more than 3 minutes to do

I went to the exhibition when it was in Madrid and found it to be great! Was a nice way to spend a few hours. And that trip was bookended by a trip to Fernando Alonso’s museum in Oviedo to see the holy trinity of Mild Seven Renault F1 Cars - a museum I can also recommend if you’re in the area
  9. Cover image!
  10. Mutya is releasing an Autobiography on August 7th titled, of course, Real Girl Preorder links etc coming later tonight The pre-order blurb: „Mutya Buena was only thirteen when she became one third of the original line up of the iconic girlband, Sugababes. Launching into fame, her life became unrecognisable overnight. Suddenly she was going straight from the studio to school in the early hours, rubbing shoulders with music royalty, and hearing fans scream her name. This is the story of the girl the tabloids never saw. In Real Girl Mutya takes us through the highs of her spectacular career and the lows that came with a life in the limelight and shares for the first time the struggles she’d kept hidden from the public eye. Now the Sugababes are back and shining brighter than ever, Mutya is ready to share her story on her own terms.“

  12. Last post on the old forum from me has got to be in the same place as the first, our reconstituted Sugababes AF  Looks like AFs might look a little different in the new forum but I’m excited to start that new journey in time for the new Sugababes era
  13. Annoyed Cloudy June went out tho. Let’s see who takes the public vote home on the night

Thank f***. Far too close to comfort. If they’d made it only an unstable Union/SPD/Green coalition would have been possible to get a majority. GroKo is the only possible coalition from this which should give the SPD a stronger hand in negotiations but the majority is slim

Who’d have thought this would finally after 15 years actually happen

BSW are getting a little too close to the 5% hurdle for comfort. But the FDP being telt to get f***ed is the only silver lining to this dreadful result

Using the coalition builder on the MDR website, only GroKo and Nazi 2.0 have a majority, so that should at least strengthen the position of the SPD in negotiations to try and hold on to things like dual citizenship reform in the coalition contract
  18. Rd'Á has voted

Given the absolutely furious reaction to the CDU resolution on immigration only passing with AfD votes and the insane amount of damage control that Merz has been forced to do since, the brandmauer stays In all the debates recently Merz has also said he won’t work with the AfD. I don’t trust him, but I do trust that if he even started coalition discussions with them the public reaction would be huge

Annoyingly RRG is not a viable coalition so we have no choice but to suffer Merz as Chancellor. Thrilled FDP are going to get spanked out of parliament and that BSW will fail to hit the threshold. Less Russian propagandists in parliament the better. Die Linke will survive thanks to the constitutency vote which is awesome as while their a little too pro Russia they help keep the balance needed for social policies And @Liam Scholz will remain Chancellor until a new government is sworn in after the next coalition government is formed (looks like GroKo is the only viable option as Kiwi is 1 short of a majority under that poll) just as Merkel was still in power for nearly 2 months after the last federal election while the traffic light coalition agreement was negotiated
  21. Before 2022 Ukraine joining the EU or NATO was nothing more than a fantasy. NATO don’t allow states in conflict to join and Russia invaded Ukraine the first time in 2014 thus ensuring for as long as that conflict remained on ice, nato would never happen for Ukraine. And even now, putin can call his puppets up in Hungary and they’ll just veto it. This entire „argument“ is defeated by basic logical reasoning
  22. I can’t get passed that you waited at A&E for four hours for Codeine when CoCodamol is literally sold OTC from a Pharmacy No wonder the NHS is a state when people continually overburden it with problems that are better solved by other branches of the system
  23. Tone was robbed!!!!!!!!! That the tasteless homophobic closet case is against it is surely grounds enough for y’all to admit to being wrong and that she was in fact correct
  24. Maybe they’ll fix that at some point in the future
  25. Oh thank god we’re getting Better
