I watched the unveiling live. Absolutely here for YLEs international outreach Going to be very challenging I think to follow up Käärijä, they really found an absolute fire gem there and I don’t think we’re going to see the same this year. Dancing with Demons is feeling like multiple songs in one. The start captured my attention and I thought was quite promising, especially when you get that rock/metal guitar coming in. But the chorus is a little bit off for me. The vocal melody seems unconnected to the actual instrumental to me. Verses are super strong tho and the middle 8 is lit (and the chorus after it actually works for me! Especially the more acapella one) Mania is out now as well. It’s pretty solid but I’d probably be disappointed if that’s what was sent.

We had a couple of hits by Rd‘Á standards (I’d also say Molly Sandén was quite a big hit for us) but nothing that’s in the German charts Need to see if I can get German Tap to catch on

There are vids on YouTube now!! They sounded absolutely amazing. Their best tv performance since their comeback I think. Absolutely loved the new Overload arrangement. It sounded so good!!! Overload is an absolute timeless classic, I’m not surprised it keeps being played because it still sounds so current and fresh. Push the button had a great arrangement too! I’d far rather that than AYN tbh and I think PTB is being received a little better this year as well WTRC fab as always. Glad it got another wee outing

Im really quite into this mix and given how vocally opposed I was in 2006 to the prospect of a re-record of the stuff for overloaded, I’m really actually surprisingly ok with this. Maybe coz it’s a bootleg mix rather than a straight up redo that makes it feel a bit different. Or maybe it’s just coz the original is 18 years old and not 18 months old that makes it feel a bit different
