  1. I bought Souind Museum back then because of Kylie. I didn't listen to the whole album much. Can't remember any other track besides GBI that's worth listening. Still I like Towa Tei and Deee-Lite, too.
  2. I was always buying Dannii's music, but when "All I Wanna Do" came out she kind of lost me. Looking back I love this album, but at that time I was into that wild female stuff like Alanis Morissette, Garbage, Fiona Apple, so I didn't care about Dannii anymore. I bought the album a few years later on sale and was surprised how good it is.
  3. Please help me refresh my memory: When Impossible Princess flopped, did DeConstruction drop her soon or did they even plan a third album with Kylie? Any rumors or ideas how this third album would have sounded like?

I loved it back then, still loving it. Me or You Need To Calm Down would have been my only lead single choices from Lover. Looking back it would have been better to release YNTCD first, followed by Cruel Summer. I can't see a song with the title Cruel Summer getting a release in 2020.
  6. I remember I bought the Scooby Doo soundtrack because Whenever You Feel Like It was on it, because Kylie was worth it.
  7. Do you think the song will become her official new single? Maybe they will send it to radio stations next week...

  10. I'm wondering if Kylie had stayed with PWL what songs would have been on her 5th album, so I listened to Stock & Waterman produced albums from 1992 & 1993, imagining how Kylie could have sung them or if they were originally written for her. Here are my picks for Kylie's 5th PWL album: Bananarama: Please Yourself - Last Thing On My Mind (2nd single because Pete Waterman loves this song so much Steps had to record it, too) - More, More, More (3rd single because three out of four Kylie's PWL albums had cover versions as single release) Sybil: Good 'N' Ready - When I'm Good And Ready (1st single) - Stronger Together (4th single) - Didn't See The Signs Boy Krazy: Boy Krazy - Good Times With Bad Boys - Different Class
  11. I'm a huge fan, but I haven't listened to the album yet. Wanna do it in a good, calm moment to really enjoy it. Hope they send some song from it to radio stations or is there no single material on it?
  12. Boy Krazy were one of Stock & Waterman's final acts who had little or no sucess in the UK like Delage, The Twins or Nancy Davis. About two years after Boy Krazy's debut single "That's What Love Can Do" had flopped in the UK where it peaked at 86, a famous US radio dj heard the song in a club and fell in love with it. He put it on his radio playlist and the rest is history: "That's What Love Can Do" became a top 20 US Hot 100 hit, Their follow-uo "Good Times With Bad Boys" charted in Hot 100, too, but then Boy Krazy's lead singer left and the group quit. I've discovered Boy Krazy in 1993 when they were big in the US and I remember how nice it was to have new PWL material once again. Bananarama and Sybil were also around that time with Stock & Waterman songs, but I have to say Boy Krazy are more classic PWL.
  13. I read that many tracks on Boy Krazy's album were originally written for Kylie's fifth PWL album if it had happened. I enjoyed all Boy Krazy singles and some album tracks like "Different Class", but I can't image any of these songs being good enough for Kylie. I don't see any single (or even album) material there.
  14. I'm still listening to that album, not just the singles, but I really love "London Nights" and "Harlem Desire". Whenever I listen to "Requiem" it makes me sad. I just checked: London Boys are dead for 24 years now. Feels like yesterday I was shocked about their death.
  15. Just curious: Did or do you enjoy other PWL music or is it Kylie only? Me, it was also Jason Donovan, of course. I'm still loving Donna Summer's PWL album and Lonnie Gordon's "Happening All Over Again". Big Fun and Sonia also bring back sweet childhood memories. "I Just Don't Have The Heart" is the only Cliff Richard song I ever played a lot, so I really enjoyed Stock Aitken Waterman productions from their Kylie era, still wondering why they vanished so fast in the early 90's.
  16. I loved Jemini's Cry Baby. It was really good on record, but live on stage it sadly wasn't.
  17. Still enjoying this album more than her debut.

I was trashing the album when I got it, but I have to say, you were right, Jay: The more I've listened to it, the more I fell in love with it.
  20. Eurovision is not an event that counts on fans in the arena like sports does. For the first decades of Eurovision there was no problem having no or little audience at all and those were the days with the biggest Eurovision hits. That's why a national broadcast where every country will broadcast the song from it's own location should be no problem.
  21. I think they should stick to the original date but without audience. I'm sure the Dutch tv station got some studios for their own tv shows where Eurovision could take place.

It's a good song, but I'm not enjoyed it (yet). I like Adrian Pasdar since his Profit days and it was common knowledge that he was a player. I'm sure there were some friends and family members telling Natalie Maines not to marry him, but she followed her heart, which is fine. I just don't like those songs about a woman being fooled and putting all the blame on her ex. It makes her look weaker than she really is. Still, I hope and guess Dixie Chicks will have a strong comeback, maybe in the same way Shania Twain had. They should start big, but won't stay on the charts for many months like they did in her heydays.
  23. I guess Germany is so low because there's no live performance yet. The song sounds good, but how good is it live?
  24. Thanks for the list of b-sides! Tightrope is my favorite.
  25. Have you tried finding it on Soundcloud? There are lots of Kylie megamixes or medleys in there. From a short look I couldn't find a megamix about seven minutes long, but I haven't listened to any offering, so maybe you'll find the one you're looking for.
