  1. "Dancing" finally arrives in US clubs. It's bubbling under # 3 at Dance club songs, so next week it should enter the official top 50.
  2. I don't think they've already given up "Dancing" because they would not wait until April to release it physical if it's done. Anyway it's good that Kylie is releasing one song (or maybe more?) before "Golden" comes out. She won't be as successful with this strategy as Taylor Swift was, maybe she will be more like Shania Twain before her "Now" was released last fall. Her grats were doing alright, but it helped to get interest so that the album charted on top.
  3. I'm not impressed by this remix, but at least it charted on Itunes... I really hope we get a third comeback single by Dannii, but since even Sia couldn't help her, maybe she's already given up on music again.
  4. I got a general question: Is CD production so expensive these days? "Dancing" will be released on Vinyl, but not on CD. "Golden" will be released on CD, Vinyl and Cassette. Honestly, I think the "Golden" cassette will sell less than a "Dancing" CD single would. I also doubt that if "Dancing" would be available on both Vinyl and CD that Vinyl would sell more than the CD or am I wrong?

I never thought I'd see Beatrice Egli on Buzzjack  Not my kind of music and the intro is much too long :(

That song wouldn't have worked at Melodifestivalen, maybe even worse than "Headlines" back then, so they made the right decision... I don't like this new song very much right now, maybe it grows on me, that's what I'm hoping for because I really enjoyed Alcazar's singles in the past. They also had amazing album tracks!
  7. Her problem in the US is that she's not everybody's darling like in the UK and Australia. They got their old darlings growing up in the public eye with a loyal fanbase who buys their songs even when they are weaker than ususal. In the States it's just about Kylie's music not about her personality, so only her biggest global hits can be successful over there. On her last few albums there was no smash sadly, maybe there will be one on "Golden"...
  8. Is this the first time Kylie appears on the Indie charts? Can't remember if Deconstruction was independent or not.
  9. I voted "Dancing" when this poll came out, but now that we know this song for a week, it kind of burns out faster than expected. I only listen to it once or twice a day anymore. Maybe in the end I will prefer "Into The Blue" over "Dancing".
  10. Is this true? I loved it back then, loved it more than any single release from "Let's Get To It". Didn't know fans hate it. "Where In The World" and "Celebration" were disappointments on the Greatest Hits, but not this one.
  11. This should be a mistake... What's supposed to be the fifth top 2 hit? Do they think "Especially For You" was a single from her debut album?
  12. Great, but I have to say it's a difference if Kylie or Dannii are releasing new music. Dannii's "Galaxy" didn't get that much attention as Kylie's "Dancin" in here. EVen though Dannii's comeback kind of flopped I hope she will release new songs this year. Would be great if both Minogues are active in making music at the same time just like in the good old days.
  13. Any news about a physical release? A CD-single for her fans would be great!
  14. I don't need another Voice winner there, Jamie-Lee was worse enough. Voxxclub could be funny.
  15. "Le Roi est mort, vive le Roi!" is an amazing album and still worth listening!
  16. Don't like the whole Santa Baby song, no matter who sings it. Remember how disappointed I was when this was released as Please Stay's b-side back then. Never thought it would turn into a small UK-Xmas classic.
  17. It took me a moment to realize. At first I thought "No More Tears On The Dancefloor" just sounds like another song, then I remembered the original version. Here it is:
  18. I finally got the album (deluxe version) and it's just great! I was never really into Steps, back then I prefered S Club 7, A Teens or ATC more, but since there are no other pure pop acts around these days, I just enjoy Steps' new stuff. Biggest surprise on the album is "No More Tears On The Dancefloor". I liked the original, but had already forgotten it. Never thought anyone would cover it and Steps' version is so much better than the original.
  19. I'm looking forward to it. I didn't buy Holding On but this one is a Dannii tune I'm going to enjoy a lot!
  20. I enjoyed both of his singles more than I thought I would, but I don't like his "sex sells" attitude, because he is no sex symbol at all.
  21. We can only guess... Not Top 200 for sure, because it didn't make it into the top 100 sales. Don't really know if it's released independent, but if so it didn't make Independent Top 50 for that week.
  22. I got 16 out of these 20 cd singles. Will Dannii ever release a physical single again? I'm wondering the same with Kylie... Will all Minogue single releases be digital from now on?
  23. Just yesterday I begged Dannii on Facebook that she releases new music soon and now these great news! Dream really do come true!
  24. It's great to have some new Dannii material, but I don't love it as much as I want to.
