  1. This will do NOTHING to keep those accusations of being DULL and DREARY away. Gary Barlow is going to have a field day with that.
  2. You Gotta Be was used in The Next Karate Kid according to Wikipedia - a Misha B dubstep remix is ESSENTIAL
  3. Jahq, I'd like my Posters Chart Run please, dating back to May 2009, WITH pop bars and % movements for each week. I'd also like my midweek position in advance as well, AND full-page REPORTS on my posting data going forward please.
  4. I'm nostalgic for Kitty already. If only she'd KEPT UP THAT STANDARD last night :(
  5. HOPING IN VAIN
  6. There's no way in hell Kitty's staying. Misha's the sort of popstar the show's been after for YEARS, whilst they've all but admitted Kitty's never going to win.
  7. I would normally be CHAMPIONING Misha here, but I CANNOT condone the public endorsement of JESSIE J on primetime TV
  8. OH f*** Terrible result
  9. I suppose that IS a fair point. There would undoubtedly have been some trade-off had she properly moved. And I suppose if it's a choice of dancing, or some decent vocals on a singing contest show, I know which I'd prefer.
  10. Quite. It seemed a very BUDGET costume; was it given to her by the X Factor designers? On the plus side, the vocals (assuming they were live?) were FANTASTIC.
  11. That costume DIDN'T work, and how on earth can such a dynamic performer seem so SCARED when being interviewed by Dermot O'Leary of all people?
  12. THEY LOOK UNDERAGE
  13. Well of course not! If you believe everything you hear, as soon as the cameras are away she's BOTTLING the other contestants backstage. There's a reason Janet has her RABBIT-IN-HEADLIGHTS look perfected this week.
  14. They were APPALLING
  15. I love her as a performer, but there really is something quite SINISTER about Misha when she puts on the ultra-girly and coy I'M-SO-MODEST-AND-NICE-ME voice. It doesn't work, especially when she's standing next to Janet Devlin who does have that down to a tee.
  16. God EUTHANISE the audience please
  17. GOD they've just BUSSED in an army of 14 year old screeching teen girl squads, especially for this haven't they? SHITE Harry Styles audibly STRAINED already.
  18. That makes me smile. After all those years of trying to take their place as the UK premier's girlband, and the Saturdays STILL can't command a slot on the main show where the likes of Rebecca Ferguson, Professor Green and Emeli Sande CAN.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I'd only ever listen to the top three out of choice. 01. Katy Perry - Last Friday Night 02. DJ Fresh - Louder 03. Rihanna - S&M 04. Ke$ha - We R Who We R 05. Kelly Clarkson - Mr Know It All 06. Bruno Mars - The Lazy Song 07. Britney Spears - Hold It Against Me 08. Sak Noel - Loca People 09. LMFAO - Sexy And I Know It 10. Pixie Lott - All About Tonight
  20. SHOAT RANK 01. Misha I was half-disappointed that we didn't get Kitty blasting her way through Born This Way, but in hindsight I don't think she'd have necessarily done anything new with it. Misha sounded TRIUMPHANT with that new arrangement, even if her voice was slightly muffled at times. 02. Marcus OH DEAR. One half-good performance with a 50s classic, and then the poor boy's gone completely OTT and decided that that's his career sorted, and he starts bleating about "vintage" and all that. There undoubtedy IS a market for something with a vintage TOUCH (Mark Ronson and Plan B Strickland Banks era prove that), but I agree that it's too early for Marcus to decide to completely IMMERSE himself in that one specific and limited sound. Throwing that aside though, the performance itself was as solid as ever. 03. Craig Vocally he's always near-flawless, but I just find it very difficult to get excited about him as an artist. He screams Joe McElderry. ========================== 04. Amelia Nowhere near as perfect as the internet gays would have you believe. Nowhere near as dreadful as Jark would have you believe. Repeating my comments from earlier; very good considering the lack of rehearsal time she would have had, but she needs to learn there's a line between powerful singing, and plain bellowing. 05. Little Mix Still massively likeable, even if they are destined to simply become The Saturdays Mark II (which no-one needs). I will wish them to make the final though, just so we can keep getting ridiculous Tulisa shoutouts to High Wycombe for as long as possible. 06. Janet HA the one time I almost get on board with a Janet performance, and then even GARY BARLOW of all people is calling it out for being dull (this being the man who is yearning to stick acoustic guitars into the hands of Little Mix). I think I was probably swayed by the fact that it's the first time someone's done Somebody To Love (predictable song choice) without turning it into a shoutathon. ========================== 07. Kitty Oh LORD. Terrible song choice; Don't Stop Me Now NEVER comes off as anything more than karaoke, and the X Factor badly need to DUMP this from their playlist. Kitty's f***ED tonight. PREDICTION Kitty going out against Misha B. WANT Amelia (sorry, but I'm with Jark on the whole "twist" - no-one who has participated in only half of the live shows should be winning the contest) going out against Janet (I'm prepared to give Kitty the benefit of the doubt due to the TERRIBLE song choice)
  21. True, but she's had less time to get accustomed to that specific song - the others will have been at it all week.
  22. To be fair, much as I'm normally a fan, I thought Kitty WAS the weakest tonight. I think she's stuffed tomorrow.
  23. That was BY NO MEANS the performance of the series (I think certain gays are just getting rather carried away with the whole comeback thing) but neither was it terrible. I'd say a solid 8/10 - better than it SHOULD have been for someone who has only been back in the game for 2 days, but I think there is a control issue with her voice, and she sometimes oversteps and crosses the line between belting and shouting.
  24. OMFG is Tulisa now PARODYING Louis?! "I want HIGH WYCOMBE to pick up the phone!" GLORIOUS

    That's positively RIDICULOUS
