  1. Amy Winehouse Back to Black the whole album and that's me cleaned out.
  2. I totally agree with you. Simon should keep his stupid opinions to himself. He's been responsible for the ruining of quite a few careers and has no right to put his oar in. Lovin your Keisha White picture!
  3. She might be a good singer but she certainly didn't show it in that performance. It was total s....te and she was so off her face she could barely stand up. She's certainly living up to her image and the name of her soon to be released song.

I'm sure the Amy is going to be huge with Rehab. It's a great track and her voice is strong. She's going to be a good girl and not slag off all the other female singers according to yesterday's paper. She must have decided to differentiate herself from Lily.

I downloaded the album last week and I love it. I hope she doesn't turn out to be another underrated act along the lines of Beverley Knight.

The guy is pretty talented given half a chance. I hope they let him have a bit more say this time round. He's a wicked piano, guitar and drum player and can really sing. I liked Sunshine and thought Anyone One of Us was a pretty good pop song in its way.

I like it too although I would have had something from Gwen, Christina and possibly Darren Hayes on there. I'll be buying it for sure.
  8. I modestly gave myself a 9 when I really think I deserve a 10 :P My mates would probably think I deserve a 6 or 7 but I think they are narrow in their tastes. They don't understand that I can like R'nB, Hip Hop, Pure Pop, classical and lots in between and still have taste. I don't care what people think of my taste either. I don't try to look cool through the music I like because I think that's totally uncool in any case.
  9. I Choose Life is great. I downloaded it at the weekend. I 'm thinking of downloading the album or just some of the tracks. Any recommendations would be cool.

It's Keep this Fire Burning for me. It's amazing.

  12. Well. Who'd have thought peace would have broken out in this thread. I hope Gareth can come back bigger than ever but it's going to be tough. He needs to have a wicked album and, although his marketing can't be worse than it was when he left the scene, because in my opinion they got the promotion, what there was of it, completely wrong, they are going to have to be very ingenious this time around if he's going to have the opportunity to show his talents both as a musician and songwriter. He's got a great voice and a great look to go with it. It'll be a shame if he doesn't get another chance.

I love the single and I will definitely buy her album.

I like Will's single but not enough to buy it. It's odd because the album has only sold about half of what the second one did and at this point his singles were still making top 5 I reckon. Ive just downloaded Gnarls Barclay's album and it's wicked.
  15. Reckon it will make top 5. It says in the first post that the album Keep On got to No.1. Thought it only got to No.2. Suppose it was a type by the record company lol

I really like this single but I'm going to download it and maybe a couple of other tracks from the album rather than buy the whole thing by the sound of it.

Hiya and thanks for the welcome. I've been reading a while but not posting much.
  18. I think he's definitely had a duff deal from BMG and will do better elsewhere. He's writing his own stuff now and playing instruments, which apart from his voice is his strength. I don't think BMG encourage their acts to do that. They would just want him to churn out dirgey, overproduced ballads.

Pleased for Simon Webbe and Beverley Knight. Both great albums.

I saw him on GMTV this morning. the single sounds OK but very Daniel Bedingfield. He looked good but sounded a bit pathetic in the interview although it maybe wasn't his fault because the interviewer was totally rubbish and asked the same question 'So how does it feel? It must be surreal? You must be pinching yourself and so on ans so on until he probably felt like screaming and punching her. If it was his mother she definitely would have
