  1. I skipped downloading completely. Never felt comfortable spending my hard earned cash on a digital file. I used to buy CDs, now I stream. I'm 28 so don't know if I fall into mature audiences or a younger person. It does make me sad that I now have almost zero contribution to the charts.
  2. Any ideas if the 17 track deluxe version can be found in the UK? From what i've read online it's only available from certain shops in certain countries?

I love that this list contains a great mix of tracks from throughout her career. One of the few acts to have had a pretty steady run of success over her 15 years. Pretty impressive!! I just wish the mighty God is a DJ was given a look in!
  4. Yeah your right... It's not as if 'Progress' was the best selling album of 2010 or their current tour is a huge success or anything
  5. No Robyn in the albums??? It's a crime!

TT were £7.99 in my local Sainsbury I'm not really a TT fan but love Robbie which is the main reason I bought this. I imagine quite a few big Robbie fans will buy this because of his input :yahoo: I was also conviced after i heard the album in HMV the other day and was really impressed. Great sales for Rihanna too. Those sales definately make up for Rated R (  )
  7. Garbages first album. It entered at 12 and then hovered in the lower ends of the chart until Stupid Girl was released. It then spent 7 weeks in the top 10
  8. I think it was just a b-side, but Girls Aloud once recorded a song called Girls Allowed. Pet Shop Boys also covered a song called 'We're the Pet Shop Boys' as the b-side to Miracles. Neither of them were hit singles though

Any news on where Adam Lambert is??
  10. Garbage - Shut Your Mouth 20 - Out  Also a mention to the Eurythmics - not a chart run, but chart placings - Apart from #7 they have peaked at every spot between #1 and #12 with only one single. Quite a rare feat i'd imagine. #1 - There Must be an Angel #2 - Sweet Dreams #3 - Who's That Girl #4 - Sexcrime #5 - Thorn in My Side #6 - Love is a Stranger #8 - Here Comes the Rain Again #9 - Sisters are doing it for themselves #10 - Right By Your Side # 11 - I Saved the World Today # 12 - It's Alright (Baby's Coming Back)

OMG SOPHIE  I should be 20 places higher, but i'm just glad it's charting at all. I hope it manages to rise a few more places before Sunday. I'd be happy with a top 20 placeing at this stage

I think Glee will overtake all albums tommorow. I do hope so!! I'd also love for LAP and Vogue to make high appearences too. Fantastic episode

Big cheer for Madonna  Hope she doesn't fall too much by Sunday :w00t:
  14. Madonnas Sticky and Sweet (her best DVD release ever! ) Now 75
  15. Nicklebacks Rockstar. One of the worst tracks of the last decade imo :(
  16. #11 for Rock That Body seems reasonable to me. It is their 4th single afterall, and lets face it how many artists make it to 4 singles from an album nowadays, let alone 3 #1s and a #11  It would have been nice for it to crack top 10 though
  17. I love the version of Crush on the soundtrack and hoped it would do really well when released, but when it came to the episode she only got to sing about 2 lines! Such a waste!!!
  18. how come Robbie is download only :( I thought he would be quite a big physical seller. Especially with it being for Sport Relief
  19. Mel C, definately! I love her   Got all her albums and definatley due one. I'd also get Emmas. I don't have any of her albums but i love all of her singles.... And Geris  I can't see Scary of Posh having greatest hits. Victorias would be more of a CD Single :P

Mikas Rain - Although Mika on the whole has flopped this year. It's a shame  The Killers 'Dustland Fairytale'. One of my absolute favourite songs of the year and deserved so much better, although they wern't actively promoting it so i'm not too fussed. At least it's not because nobody likes them
  21. I know, my iPod scrobbles to last fm too

Go Michael... Go Michael... :dancing: :dancing: I wonder if Susan will overtake :puke2:
  23. :o How on earth do people reach playcounts of 500+ for one song?!?!?!? Do you have your earphones in 24/7  According to my LastFM account my top track is Bad Romance with a mere 61 plays, followed by Britneys 'Circus' with 33. I have listned to 10268 tracks since January though (i'm not sure how accurate LastFM is. Some songs are listed as being played a dozon times and i'm convinced i haven't...)
  24. Singles Pet Shop Boys - Christmas Geroge Michael - December Song Joe - The Climb Albums Will Young - The Hits Michael Buble - Crazy Love (Special Edition was only £9.99!! :o ) Mariah - Rainbow Tina Turner - Break Every Rude Tina Turner - Private Dancer Downloads Kylie - Live in New York

I'm torn  As somebody who hates the fact that X Factor always makes Christmas number one by default, i would love RATM to make it just to p*** off Simon Cowell  However, this is the first series i've watched where i actually love the winner and really think he deserves to make it. Had it have been Alex or Leon i'd have loved them to be outsold, but i really like Joe  I might just buy them both so they equal each other out lmao
