  1. I can't believe people don't like this :o It's fantastic (in my opinion of course  ) I would love it to get top 5, and if it had have been released back around the time of PCD it would have done :( I didn't even realise WTAT was released this week. That crept up out of nowhere

I completely disagree with him. Don't get me wrong, I love having my digital versions, i love my iPod, i have been known to download the odd track, i love all this new technology and i've gotta admit to falling in love with Spotify but nothing would stop me also buying CDs :nono: I'm addicted to them  People annoy me when they make sweeping assumptions like that :(
  3. Bleh i hate remixes. If i wasn't such a massive fan I probabbly wouldn't buy the single to be honest. I hope they have a change of heart by the time the UK release arrives

Had it have been a proper album tracks I think Boring would have been fantastic. I love it. I hope she performs it on tour :yahoo: I like Funhouse too though :P I also think Ave Mary A would be quite a good single too.
  5. :o WHAT!?!?!?! How could she do this to us! She is one of the few artists who still give us b-sides. It's a shame
  6. It's gotta be top 10 surely :yahoo: . Her tour should be in the UK around the release too so she might just squeeze in a bit of promotion... fingers crossed. Any news on a b-side???

But if I buy an album on CD (which i always do) that means that unless I download the whole album again I'm not able to get hold of the 'Album Only' bonus track legally. An example would be Beyonces 'I Am...'. I bought the CD but would like to also get hold of her two bonus tracks. One of the tracks is on iTunes but I can't download it without buying the whole album again. I think it's a ridiculous rule. :(

The only things i don't have a problem downloading are the download only bonus tracks. Most artists have them, and I don't mind downloading them if its the only way to get hold of a legitamate copy... but it pisses me off when iTunes (although i believe it's the record companies fault) stick tracks on albums as 'Album Only'. Tracks like that I go and download through other means. I also think that Remix EPs are way to pricey :nono:

Radiohead. Their last album seemed to be mentioned everywhere due to that 'pay what you like' thing they had going on. I can't stand them!! :nono: Madonnas Confessions was hyped quite a bit too (and quite rightly so!!) :P although Hard Candy didn't seem to gather that much attention (and quite rightly so!!)

I don't download illegally because i feel it contaminates my iPod :D but i know plenty of people that do. I still think official downloads a expensive for that they are though. Ok, it's 79p, not breaking the bank, but I bought Lily Allens 'Fear' single for 99p and it included 2 x tracks (The Fear & Fag Hag), card sleeve and a CD. It would have cost me £1.58 to download those two tracks and I can't even hold it!! It doesn't make sence  Thats why i think record companys should stop charging us more money just because they stick singles in jewel cases. Give us the cardsleeve and knock £1 of the price :nono:
  11. Has her remix album been released yet?? I've not seen it anywhere. Has she finally let go of GGGB now, or is she planning yet more singles :P Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic album, but despite 7 singles - She still hasn't released Breakin' Dishes!!! Actually, I do think she could release every track off that album and it would chart. Fantastic from start to finish
  12. I like this and hope it does really well. The only problem with download only singles though is that there isn't a concrete release date. People just cherry pick it off the album and they tend to peak quite low, but stay in the chart for weeks. I'm guessing top 30 :P

i'm also not sure why record companys still feel the need to sell singles in jewel cases for £1.99 when card sleeve singles can be sold for 99p  Both Lily Allen and Katy Perrys singles have been 99p in card sleeves. Make them all card!!

Like the above posters i can see them being online only. I like what Girls Aloud are doing too and I can see other artists doing the same thing in the future. Even if they weren't nessasarily chart eligable it would still keep people like me happy :D (And in that situation they wouldn't have to follow the ridiculous OCC rules )

 We have that problem at Middlesbrough. We are treating to multiple shelves of The Pogues 'Fairytale of New York' Anybody downloaded the acoustic version of 'The Fear'? It's really good
  16. Is Tidel Wave being released onto iTunes??? If they don't stick it on soon i'm gonna have to resort to getting it elsewhere?? Why are they only releaseing 7"s? It surely won't do sales much good  They are very nice to look at though :D

When is it released to iTunes?? I really like it in an odd kinda way

    Kabul $h!t :yahoo:
  20. It seemed to be the same for everything, that was just an example because its one i bought. All of their chart CDs were over £10 (most were over £12!) wheras all of HMVs chart CDs were under £10

Has the Fear been deleted?? It says so on HMV  I doubt it will affect sales that much, but it does seem a bit strange seeing how it's #1
  23. Dreadful song, even worse than Greatest Day. This album seems to be based on hype alone even though the musical content isn't a patch on the last album.
  24. Well i went into Zavvi yesturday and figured out why it's going down the pan. The Saturdays album which I bought in HMV for £7 was £12.99 :o Most of the albums and DVDs i were looking at were considerably cheaper at HMV even with the 25% discount <_<
