  9. That is a little strict. Heck the Great Pretender was written and preformed by the platters *I think* shouldn't they be the ones to contact to get premission to use the title of the song.

It was great seeing Elvis on stage again, singing his heart out. It would have been outstanding if his daughter was standing by his side singing too :yahoo:

Did you see the hologram appearance by Elvis doing a duet with Celine on American Idol? :yahoo: At first I was excited but then after seeing it, it just doesn't seem real to me. What I mean is, it's not a real Elvis hologram. You can tell it was a stand in, doing Elvis's moves and I think they CGI'd Elvis face on to this Elvis impersonator. One of the dead give aways was at the beginning, when Celine walks on stage, there is Elvis walking beside her. If they took this footage from the 68 special, they would see that Elvis does not walk on to the stage, he stands there in his white suit and the lights come one. Some of the movements didn't corospond with Elvis's movements. It just doesn't seem like a true hologram of the King. What do you think?

No I haven't read it yet but it looks interesting. I need to pick up some Elvis books. The first Elvis book I read was Albert Goldman's book that I got when I was 10. I never did finish it by the way :puke2: My favorite is Elvis and Me. I want to try and pick up Jerry's new book about Elvis. :cheer:

Hello. Wanted to drop by and say hello :yahoo: I am glad I finally found a forum where I can about Elvis with other Elvis fans. I had a hard time finding a forum about Elvis. I have been an Elvis fan for 30 years now, since I was four years. I love his music and enjoy his music. My favorite Elvis film is Jailhouse rock. I hope to make some new friends. Will be seeing you around
