lol oh right. I used to, for a very short time, be an moderator on CC however I soon left. I have to say that I was never very impressed with Nigel. Since its decline it seems to have closed down. This site though is much better than CC ever was and will be.

I'm more than willing to take it over. I have a lot of expierience in terms of running things like predicta games and have previously been in charge and an admin of many sites and forums etc. I would really love to have the job so please allow me to take over and I will make sure I do the job to the very best of my ability at all times.

Anyone plz know where Daniel Powters fantastic 'Lie To Me' is?

I'm quite dissapointed as barely anyone seems to be taking any notice or interest in Daniel Powters new single 'Lie To Me' it is such a great song which deserves to do brilliantly in the charts. At first it seemed to be getting a lot of airplay and videoplay although despite being on the A list of Radio 2, the interest seems to have died down. I still think and hope that the song is doing well in the midweek charts, although I'm a little worried.

I don't think they've been dropped just yet however I reckon that they'll re release their album and one more single and if the album fails to go top 20 and the single fails to get top 8 then they will be dropped and be nomore. I honestly can't see them lasting. I also think that Fightstar are quite likely to be dropped. I'm not sure how Matt will do although I'm not entirely convinced he'll last long. I reckon he will have a huge top top 5 hit followed by a single which just scrapes into the top 10 followed by a top 30 album which slips out the chart very quickly. I think he will then release a third single hoping to lift album sales, although this single only gets top 25. He will then probably be dropped.

yeh your quite right although there is a video for it yet I have never seen iit on the music channels. I've not even seen it on B4 who normally show all forthcoming releases no matter how big the artist.

yeh I quite agree. Their next release may just be made downloadable though ncq due to this embarrasingly huge flop. Someone in this topic earlier said that the JCB song was only a huge hit due to the cartoon,gimick video and had nothing to do with ppl being interested in Nizlopi as a group. Also 'rob' you say it is 9th in woolies(!) goodness me! How inacurate that chart must be!

I know what a one hit wonder is although, it is still possible for ppl to become one hit wonders without failing to reach the top 75. Over the years there have been many one hit wonders who have had a huge hit followed up by songs that only just scrape the top 25. Also davinza80, no there was barely any promotion or airplay whatsoever. I have only ever seen the video for it once. I at first didn't believe it was being released this week due to the distinct lack of promotion however, I saw their website which confirmed it was being released this week. Due to them being on a very small label I doubt there is any chance of them being dropped however, I doubt we'll ever see them in the top 40 again.

in the midweek charts it is only just in the top 75. In my opinion it has always been a very predictable flop

Nizlopi are set to become one hit wonders. Their new single 'Girls' is out this week and has seemingly had very little promotion. The song itself is ok though quite forgetful and I can see it struggling for top 15 if not top 20. Something I found very interesting is that when the 'JCB SONG' was released and was a massive hit, how the album failed to get top 40. That to me was proof that the public were only interested in the song and not the band.
