I don't see why it should be against chart rules since they are just helping fans who cannot afford the album to buy it. And as someone already said, mixers did it for Sweet Melody and the official charts acknowledged the campaign.

By the way Sweet Melody was actually written by MNEK and the other writers in a writing camp for Demi Lovato (we don't know if it was for TMYLM or her upcoming album tho), then it was rejected by other pop girls (Zara, Selena, Jojo and Hailee Stenifeld) and then it went to Little Mix who loved it immediately.

Yessss Sweet Melody is one of the best pop songs released in the last years and it deserves to be #1

I think it could be top 40 this week but to really take off it needs to be higher on HHUK in my opinion

Can you really call a song a flop when it's been out for two weeks while the charts are flooded with Christmas song? I'm not saying it's definitely going to be a hit in the future but at least give it some time.

Sweet Melody would be the dream, but they'd need really well done promo in January and their team seems kinda lazy this era (of course it's difficult because of covid but still)
