Top of the flops: is streaming rendering the charts obsolete? https://www.theguardian.com/music/2020/jan/...ling-the-charts
  2. Except it hasn't charted since last Apr anyway, and didn't make the Y/E T200 by my calculations.
  3. I can imagine the time change would be quite a problem, no matter how clear to tried to make it - lots of angry people turning up late, etc!
  4. For *Remainers*, perhaps... OK, fair points, and presumably you voted to Remain on that basis, and other issues. The way Michael says it though, you'd think the gov't will be abolishing Human Rights, and setting up concentration camps.
  5. She's certainly controversial, but not very good at knowing who was in power when... :P https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/labo...ds-end-21286565
  6. I see the Irish GE is to be held on a Saturday this year, so that prompted the above question.
  7. While the Remain side would be a model of decorum if they'd prevailed? Somehow I doubt it... While we're at it, can you name what Rights we've actually been stripped of?
  8. Really? Nothing to do with the other 17,399,999 then?
  9. 1. There was no election in 1980 2. The LD's didn't even exist in 1980!
  10. If *that* loss was in spite of popular policies, then it's just as well they didn't have unpopular ones...
  11. Exclusive: Poll of members shows leadership race too close to call https://labourlist.org/2020/01/exclusive-po...race-narrowing/ ******************************************* IMO, If they choose RLB, it'll prove they learned nothing from Dec 12th. :P
  12. Another in your series of bizarre ideas about the Tories.
  13. You do realise Brown was a labour pm, right?
  14. They may put their own spin on it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it has no basis at all.
  15. In case you missed it, I voted the same way as most here, so those arguments have already been made...
  16. From a cynical pov, the Tories should grant one ASAP. If the SNP win, it would give the Tories an almost permanent majority in the rest of the UK, If the SNP lost, they'd lose their main bargaining chip, and wee Jimmy krankee would surely have to go...
  17. Are you replying to me or Chris, as my opinions are my own, and any agreement is just coincidence.
  18. That's a probable explanation as to why the Tories unexpectedly won the GE by as much as they did, too. People should never be shamed for/ashamed of, expressing their true opinions.
  19. You want Chris to, without defending yours?
  20. https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/122...blue-ink-brexit Lets hope no-one wants a tattoo of the EU flag, then...
  21. 1. Yet when *we* did so, via the Brexit Referendum that was somehow wrong? 2. That's a shame you think my (previously unexpressed in this thread) views should be binned, as you've just throw away my Yes note. :P Why didn't Gordon Brown grant a referendum when he was PM, then? You're now calling everywhere in England outside the NE 'scabs'? That's a bit extreme! I thought the SNP considered Holyrood to be Scotland's government?
  22. That's not very nice. :(
  23. What - of another delay?
  24. As above

I'm surprised that song hadn't already got Silver. :o
