  1. V2 : YTD Sales : Please read these guidelines before you request sales estimates, it makes my task a lot easier. 1. Be specific - please name the artist and title for each entry you'd like an estimate for. 2. I log sales for all albums that have charted this year, but only update those that have sold enough to reach my 200 position tracking range 3. If an album isn't in the current Top 100, I won't be able to update its sales until Tues. Also, please don't ask about ex-T100 albums too often - once a month at most) 4. Remember to check the thread before requesting estimates - they may already have been answered. Also, no more than half-a-dozen requests at a time, thanks. 5. Please note my figures are combined sales & streams, and since I have no way of separating them, I cannot provide a split. 6. While I am no longer estimating singles sales, I can provide YTD singles positions from C+, and I am still maintaining my sales archive based on published figures (PM me if you want to see it) Thank you. What am I, a member of the CIA? :P
  3. But similarly they can't snub it completely, as that would *also* be a breach of impartiality. And that will happen instantly on Feb 1st? FFS, we are NOT ignoring our neighbours - you've been told that so many times - we are just changing our relationship with them!

So the US acted totally unprovoked by any previous incidents?
  5. I would say better health contributes more than greater education to lowering birth rates - just look at the size of families the Victorians had - and how many died in infancy :( I agree on your second point, but at the same time they shouldn't be encouraged to have more.
  6. Is this insensitive or the truth (or both)? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-78...verty-size.html 'If you can't afford food, stop having so many children,' says Tory council chief after report on poverty in his borough Or a URL perhaps more acceptable to lefties... https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/tory-...caused-21241608
  7. So you do have a sense of humour, after all. ;)

Like many established artists she chose to experiment, hence the Deconstruction period, but she was wise enough to realize to go back to the pop/dance when that experiment wasn't a success.
  9. WTF do unicorns have to do with anything?
  10. Then we'll just have to agree to differ on that. :P Seriously though, you cannot prove that I don't believe what I said.
  11. Then we'll just have to agree to differ on that. Regards

Wow, it really doesn't feel like 20 years since the start of the century! :o
  13. IMO the threat to sovereignty is why a lot of people voted for Brexit in the first place. Unlike you, we don't believe the unquantified 'benefits' outweigh the drawbacks.
  14. Possibly because they have given away much of their power to the EU?

I notice that in PMQ's Corbyn never once spoke out against the Iranian regime - I guess he still hasn't twigged that his refusal to condemn repressive regimes & terrorists was yet another electoral millstone...
  16. Surely that's better than the stagnation of a hung parliament, though?

To what are you referring to? Labour having to pick a new leader??
  18. ISTM they are slowing down the charts, and favouring some genres over others. Perhaps there could be a down-weighting of songs within playlists, as opposed to individual listens?
  19. Personally I don't mind either way, but with Boris's HoC majority, there's not a snowball in hell's chance of the LD's amendments passing. :)
  20. They just don't give up... Lib Dems to push for a public inquiry into the EU referendum and Brexit https://www.theneweuropean.co.uk/top-storie...rexit-1-6452000 ************************* Yes, they have a job to do in the HoC, but in their feeble position, it just looks like sour grapes. :P

Why name *me*? I expressed my doubts over Trump's actions in Iran right here in this thread!
  22. vidcapper posted a post in a topic in News and Politics
    Yes, so?
  23. LW positions added.
  24. Really? The Tories evil for voting down an amendment designed mainly with malicious intent?
  25. A amendment they know has *zero* chance of being accepted, so clearly intended only to irresponsibly stir up division.
