  1. [quote name='December Dong' date='Dec 12 2019, 11:23 AM' Run to the polls, you clever boys and girls, and remember: high turn outs favour the bold Labour. Also, looking forward to Common Sense and Viecapper kicking up as big of a stink about that disenfranchment, also about the postal votes that went missing in 2017 student marginals, as they did over 1 case of investigated fraud that wasn't even prosecuted in 2017 x I thought high turnouts favoured the Tories? I've already commented on it.
  2. Maybe, but you're about as impartial an observer as I am... ;)
  3. Never mind, I expect he'll still win... :w00t:
  4. Steady stream of people voting here, but no queues.
  5. Off to vote now...
  6. Stop trying to put words into my mouth. MY only intention was to point out to Michael that this was in no way partisan.
  7. I agree, but sometimes sh1t happens. :(
  8. Being disingenous again, Michael - the story is real, but your spin on it is worthy of Boris :P - none of the 4 Cardiff seats are marginal, at least according to yougov. And Cardiff council is Labour controlled, so your insinuation of 'foul play' has no credence.
  9. It's not just the LD's... Just having a last look at the election leaflets, and I noticed that the Green Party one quoted a Tewkesbury Borough Council result for *one* ward, with them winning on just 34% of the vote, using this to try and justify the claim 'we can win in Tewkesbury' despite getting just 2.7% in the GE last time.
  10. Just noticed how close this is to the last Yougov MRP one...
  11. I wonder if Reddit is less critical of dissenting opinion than Buzzjack?

His opinion of what the Tory party was, would be like telling a kid that santa doesn't exist, at least to MM... :P It's also not something that can be resolved *before* the election.
  13. Perhaps we can all agree that at least *some* pollsters will have egg on their faces... BTW, I can't remember an election where there was so little credence given to the polls. :o
  14. The best poll for Labour just before the 2017 election showed them having a 2% *lead*... Just in case we didn't grasp that the million other times you told us? Not according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion_polli...eneral_election
  15. Actually, I *can* see what they are, and what they are doing, but even then, still consider them the lesser of two evils.
  16. Not through want of trying. Don't worry though, your title of biggest Tory abuser is secure. :)
  17. I thing Boris has got some new competition for 'biggest bullsh1tter'. :heehee:
  18. What *possible* motive could the Russians have? But leaving that aside, surely the election should be about who has the policies that appeal to a greater number of people, rather than who the leaders are, or how the campaign is fought?
  19. Sometimes I think you post so much, just to be the most frequent poster.
  20. BTW, what time do you prefer to vote? For me, it is normally as early as possible, but due to the time of year I will wait a little longer, since I don't fancy walking around rush-hour traffic in the dark!
  21. Why am I not surprised that the infamous NHS video may not be what it seems?
  22. You don't have a clue where Chris lives,do you? Clue, it's not in the leafy south!
  23. Such as?
  24. Judging by this thread's poll, Labour views are already more than adequately represented here. Certain members of this forum are always complaining about lack of balance in the media, but I don't notice them complaining about the Labour dominance here...
