Comments on the first ten songs I've actually heard of: 1. Little Boots - Remedy (3) (CR-37-16-13-18-25-43-37-23-6-3-1) - I don't like it, the album was a major let down after how great 'Earthquake' and 'Mathematics' etc. were before it. 3. Madonna - Celebration (4) (CR-16-4-3) - Didn't sound THAT bad on first listen, sounded a little bit more modern then that 4 minutes crap last year. 4. Mika - We Are Golden (2) (CR-5-2-2-4) - HORRIBLE. HOW CAN YOU LIKE THIS RICH!? 5. Tinchy Stryder feat Amelle Berrabah - Never Leave You (9) (CR-33-17-18-15-12-6-8-17-11-9-5) - Eeeeeeek. I liked his last one for a week or so then listened to it properly and realized how awful it was. Didn't like this at all as soon as I heard it. And he's had two #01's. Oh dearr. 7. Shakira - She Wolf/Loba (5) (CR-49-10-1-2-3-5-7) - Only heard 'She Wolf' and it sounded okayy, no 'Beautiful Liar' mind. :wub: 9. Sean Kingston - Fire Burning (36) (CR-50-36-9) - You need to explain this one I'm afraid. 10. Pixie Lott - Boys And Girls (13) (CR-13-11-7-7-5-6-16-21-30-45-OUT-24-19-13-10) - Crap crap crap. Broad has picked up 50-odd wickets in his 21 tests, Ryan Sidebottom (who never actually did anything wrong to get dropped imo) has picked up 77 at 27.7. Fair enough he's not as good with the bat but I think we need people who can take wickets and Sidebottom can do that. You can say Broad did well against West Indies but that's not really a hard task; you can't compare that one to this one or say the South Africa tour. completely different class of opposition. Sidebottom is a constant performer while as Broad isn't. Bopara needs to be given a chance at this level. He's not going to improve unless he plays quality opposition. Let's say you bring Jonathan Trott in and he gets 1 and 0 in his two innings, do you drop him straight away for the next test? And why isn't Onions in your test team? I fail to see what he has done wrong since coming into the side...

What does it say though if we change our batsmen after one or two poor performances? Stuart Broad has seriously under-performed since he joined England (with the ball) and we haven't dropped him after 20 tests, why should we drop Bell and Bopara? Bell has statistically been one of the best County players this year and it would make the whole county scene look pointless if we dropped him because he got two low scores... One easy swap is Flintoff > Harmison for the next test though.

I echo what was said above, RIP. We seem to be signing players at will now. We've just signed Hunt I think from Reading, we're signing Championship players because Phil Brown can't bring anyone else in. He's signing lots of strikers and no-one in defence.
