This is so f***ing good. All of the tracks have something about them, most of them are just so dreamy and laid-back like. It's great lyrically as well. Seriously the best thing this year, blows Animal Collective / Yeah Yeah Yeahs etc. out the water.

Such a horrible band. 'Fire' is absolutely horrendous, goes nowhere and the chorus is just... shit really. I don't get why people like them anyway?! They do festival songs, and not even very well.

I, like often, disagree with you Jake. :P I think it's much better then their previous albums, as much as I loved 'Dying to Say This to You' I found it awfully samey and forgettable in parts. This record has got a bit more about it... they've tried to do something with a little more depth and I like it lots, although they still haven't lost their 'party band' roots as most of the songs are pretty catchy I think.

It seems the government doesn't want to do anything to stop BNP. It's only a matter of time before they grow in popularity, and with this new BNP 'youth movement' (what parents send their kids to these things :/ ) , which seems to train kids in the same way Hitler Schools did, the BNP will only get bigger and bigger. I mean, the BNP got over 5% of the total votes in the London elections last year. That's a worrying amount of people, an amount that will only grow over time unless they are banned outright.

Howard really suprised me actually. Didn't think he had much to him but I was wrong. I can see any of this lot winning if I'm honest, although I would say Kate or Lorraine ( :wub: ) are my favourites at this point.

Catchuptv doesn't actually let you catch up on TV. :P It used to but that bit got removed. It's really helpful though when you want to watch TV at night.

I never saw the point in the contest as winning per se, I always thought the point was introducing people to new music?

Well if they don't do very well in a normal contest doesn't that in itself tell you something?! People obviously don't like foreign songs that much or else they would vote for them, so why is there a contest in which contains only songs which the majority of people DON'T like? :lol: Your first line makes no sense. What's not fair? And of course they wouldn't understand the foreign one, it's in another language. o: And as far as I know no-one does that? What's the point in entering if you do that? Well if you've never really listened to a foreign song before then why has it taken a contest for you to decide to listen? And why wouldn't you have entered Molly into a normal contest anyway?

What I don't understand is; why don't people enter these songs for the normal contests? If there are so many people with foreign songs why don't they just send them to regular BJSCs? They must rate the song enough to send it to one contest and I see why no reason why people would judge it differently whatever contest it has been entered into. Why do we need a completely different contest for people to send these songs?
