i always loved David LaChapelle's videos... he always comes up with creative,fresh ideas. He also directed Jen's I'm Glad... and with that video,Jen was nominated for 4 VMA "Best Female Video", "Best Dance Video", "Best Choreography", and "Best Art Direction".

BUT they did nominate Beyonce,who doesn't know Spanish,WHO IS NOT LATIN. shame.
