yes she moved from 16 million to nearly 24 million audience impressions (and that explains the huge jump, cos so many songs stay routed to segment)....as i said Chris Brown is at 150 million, puts everything into perspective. 24 mil= 2,400points 120K= 12,000points Rihanna and Ray J will be 7 and 8 i think Rihanna has 85 mil= 8,500 and 80K= 8,000 so she's 2,000 points ahead Ray J and Leona are even tighter so maybe she could be no.8, I couldn't say for certain.....lol!

Personally Madonna will enter at no.3 cos with Duffy's physicals, as well as dowloads, she will hold her off also, come on she had 12.5K lead, lol. The problem, with peaking for Madonna is, that her physical release has been stated at 14th/21st april......her downloads will be 'not up to that much' that late on....so methinks they need to seriously reconsider that move and bring it forward, cos if that's the case 1 possible week at no.1 and then ta-ta!

This week Leona will be at 8/9...cos digital sales for this week (come from up to Sunday...where she was probably no.2 for last week) This week she will be at no.1 on sales, but at the mo..still on about 23 million impressions (for airplay, Chris Brown leads the pack on that score at over 150 million), so she will need probably more than 220k to hit the top spot on Hot100...and after Oprah that is certainly possible!

That is excellent...with the Oprah performance she could do about 250K and hopefully have enough airplay to reach no.1 for that week! Due to the lack of airplay, people probably still haven't heard it yet and so, when she start promoting and radio play it more as it's a HIT, she will definitely be a constant seller.....so I'm seeing a few non-consecutive weeks at No.1!!

Of course is slowly down a little, it aint suddenly gonna rise to 10, 000 spins in this particular area in like 3 weeks (they ain't gonna overkill and let it peak too soon)....but it will get to those 10, 000 spins! Are you honestly saying you think it won't, lol especially when the album comes out? And a question is why are you only looking at only one area, on the Urban side of mediabase, Leona is nowhere and aint exactly doing well on the Pop side if you look on the site! This chart you pull up everyday is the only one where Leona is having any impact on, which sort of explains to me the chart position now, cos as I keep saying she is doing SO WELL :dance: digitally already but Clive etc, need to get their finger out (or PAYOLA) to get her added to more stations (particularly the R&B ones) cos airplay is where the single will suffer to reach it's full potential, if they don't! The performance on American Idol will help on downloads and the album immensely but hopefully she will be sort of recognized already as a star before then! p.s. I recon Leona's next single will be one of the new ones from the US alb (in the Summer), which no one will have, followed by a re-release or deluxe edition of the album, with the new tracks on it and possibly live versions of tracks for e.g. 'Run'!

I doubt she will get to No.1, top 3 maybe! Cos Queen Mariah is back, and her airplay for 'Touch My Body' will be toooooooo high and sales should be good too! Personally, I love what's happening digitally but airplay needs to get a move on up (because that's what holding up her single position)!

What promotional schedule....what the hell will she be doing this time next yr...still trying to promote Spirit to the 10 million who will probably have it by then! what gives?

Of course I know how the US chart works, been following for more than a decade! I just want to see it blow up but I guess that won't happen...probably gonna be a slower burner to the top 10. It's the iTunes position which my main gripe, I want it higher....and she better not be still be bubbling under next week! But, if Bedingfield can do, them I'll be damned, if Leona doesn't. p.s. does anyone know what level people are requesting the track?
