Triple Pop Diva Release Day!
Wow I just listened to the new Louisa Johnson track and it's absolutely incredible - however I don't see it doing that much unless there is a heavy promo plan that is intense; this style isn't popular at the moment and she isn't that influential that she could change it

Triple Pop Diva Release Day!
I think that the Yungen and Jess Glynne will be absolutely massive, and a slow burner into early summer.

Predictions for music in 2018
I LOVE Jess Glynne but I really feel like she'll flop next year.
-
HATECHART 2017 RESULTS
LWYMMD deserved number 1! Rap doesn't deserve all of it's hate - unless it's mumble rap (which still bops) which can leave/die.

Predictions for music in 2018
Oh I forgot but I actually think that Rak-Su will do very well, as long as their streaming picks up!

Predictions for music in 2018
Ariana will return MASSIVELY - like really BIG Jess Glynne will try to return but will flop Little Mix will continue to dominate but will have a smaller focus on the UK I think Little Mix will unfortunately announce a hiatus but will go against the odds and will actually continue (late on) Alexandra Burke will actually return to moderate success Leona Lewis will try to return but will flop Cheryl will return but will only do ok Drake will have another big year Katy will attempt to rebrand herself but will only add more damage Local acts like Mabel, Dave and Yungen will only become more popular Louis Tomlinson will put out an album that doesn't do well at all Justin Timberlake will come back for another big era but will disappear quite quickly Beyonce will try a traditional album campaign and will do very well Miley Cyrus will start over a new image that is more pop and will do ok (better than Younger Now but not as well as Bangerz) The Official Charts will continue to introduce annoying rules that make the charts more complicated and harder to grasp. Taylor Swift will try to gain even more success but the UK just won't be here for it. Justin could possible return and have more singles success. Some underground/small will have an explosive year - think Jorja Smith etc. So basically, everyone established will flop (streaming has made and will make music taste change even quicker). Only a few will do well (Little Mix, Beyonce, Drake etc.) and Ariana will outdo everyone - I think 2018 will really be her year!

Top 100 Best Selling Albums Of The Decade....So Far!
come on Little Mix or Bruno Mars (+Drake at a stretch)! I hope there's an entry from at least of them (my faves lol)! I wish J. Cole had more success in the UK...

Y/E T100 Albums (with estimated sales)
ohhh man Little Mix got bumped down - it was inevitable. Still, it's crazy and even amazing the amount of success they have for an X Factor Winner (from so long ago too!). To still be in the top 5 when their album released in 2016 is fantastic and hopefully this success continues into 2018 with their next album and hopefully more promo in the UK and overseas (worldwide)!

And?? What if they care now? What's wrong with Little Mix experimenting with a new sound and style? How could they ever care about foreign music if people would react the same way as you have? It's a great song btw.

Q3/4 Predictions 2017
I think that... Louisa Johnson will take Little Mix's holiday release time this year to release her album which surprising surpasses expectations (top 5). However, it doesn't last very long on the chart, and a slight boost at Christmas time wouldn't be enough to revive it. Sam Smith will do an Emeli Sande but with better singles success and a sales bump at Christmas time. 5AM will release their album with X Factor promotion to a good start on iTunes etc. but a giant slump the week afterwards. (similar to The Vamps) Taylor Swift will release her album to great success at first, but limited steam due to streaming and other competition. Ariana Grande will release the lead single to her fourth album which goes to number 1 (her British fanbase has grown massively over the last few months). Although they both won't have stellar beginnings, Rita Ora and Pink's albums will debut and remain in the low top 10 for ages. Fifth Harmony's album with flop from the start, but will be an easy top 20 due to the quiet sales climate - drastic sales decline Camilla Cabello's album will start off badly (not as bad as FH's) but will grow over time. Saara Aalto will release a single which the UK doesn't seem to care about, and Matt Terry will get a strong solo single which does moderately well. IF Little Mix releases a new album (as their tour comes to an end, writing camps have started, Glory Days merch has been discounted), expect them to take Louisa's place and once again her album will be delayed (possibly for a BGT launch). This time will also be the real judgement time for the 1D boys, and show who will really have an impact. Labrinth and Ella Henderson will attempt comebacks with top 20 singles.
