Take That
I am disappointed by this. When they said they were writing this album all together, I really expected the first single to sound like a band. Insted it is a Gray Bralow song with hardly a sign of the others. It is OK as a song, but I listened to it last night, and now I can't actually remember how it goes ^_^ I was never a Take That fan - but went to a concert earlier this year out of curiosity. It ws fantastic, so I went to their MK concert too. I fully expected to want to buy the album, but after hearing this am not at all sure about it. I will be buying the DVD though :) But that stupid article headline has me annoyed :( Why can't the press celebrate the success of them all - and highlight the great steps that have been made to heal past rifts instad of trying to reignite them :(

Bongo Bong
I'll join in here :spin: :spin: :spin: :spin: :spin: I do agree with Scotty that releasing another cover would be a shame - but reserve judgment until I have at least heard Bongo Bong :P

Leeds: Live on Sky One
Yes they have re-edited it (and removed half an hour -but I am talking about the 'interactive' options form the red button -there were a choice of 3 different cameras through the whole gig when it was first broadcast.
-
Leeds: Live on Sky One
He just fell over - I'm must be getting all muddled. There were no different camera angles during Radio - that was when I tried pressing the red button :( When it was first shown I amnaged to record nearly all the concert from 'camera4' option - the bands presepective and very high overhead shots. It gives me a little variety in my viewing - had hoped to get another angle today.

Leeds: Live on Sky One
They've cut it for this repeat - no banter between songs, no football, seem to have started Come Undone half way through (so no falling over)... Still great TV for a Sunday afternoon though :) (except I wanted to watch from a different camera angle this time - which is an advertsied option, but not happening. I rangSky and they had to actually try it out for themselves to find out whether I was telling the truth or not ^_^ )

What Robbie song are you listening to....

Rudebox, the album: The reviews
The situation is the same for all artists - but it does make it difficult to compare. Surely they should count all CDs shipped TO the UK, regardless of where they come FROM ? I think legal album downloads do count towards the charts (since sometime earlier this year) - but they don't make aup a big proportion of sales. I'm too old for the download thing ^_^ - I still want something tangible to hold for my money - along with the artwork, lyrics etc...

Lovelight - Released Nov 13th
I remember back to 2003 when as soon as Something Beautiful finished on one channel it was possible to flick around and find it playing somewhere else. Great to see Lovelight following a similar pattern now -as it is a far superior video :D

Oasis Vs U2
I am sure Oasis will sell more, for the reasons stated already - U2 already have compliations out (which are better than this release ^_^). I expect Oasis over 250k , and U2 around 150k.

Ultimate Robbie Album - RESULTS
It's funny - individually the songs on Sing are all great, but for me Escapology is an album I listen to much more often. I think it just fitted my mood exactly when I discovered it in 2003, and was converted to Robbie worship ;)
