Still, I’d love to know how much Something and Story have sold.
  6. Yup..! Let’s hope it won’t be like some other releases and it only gets postponed once..
  7. Lucky friend! Aww, shame! And let’s see when we get some news. For now I’m not expecting anything from them next year.
  8. 1. 5,6,7,8 2. It’s the way you make feel 3. Tragedy I think
  9. I understand @Jay! It seems like a ‘adding nothing new’ to the original cover album. Not trying to diss Claire btw. I was hoping for more original material..
  10. Same! And if only @Lisa having another solo hit..!
  11. Surprising, stable and very good :cheer:
  12. Claire has the strongest and most recognizable voice out of the group if you ask me. She definitely ‘carried’ the group in the early days. So I guess you can call her the lead? I’m happy the vocals are more spread among the members nowadays. She is still the one who is a big part of the vocals but not the lead anymore. Really??
  13. Luckily most dreams are not reality

Thanks for the information Jay! Shame the song didn’t do more. It should’ve been a ‘new classic’ like Scared and Something of you ask me.
  15. I enjoy this remix as well :) After the love has gone
  16. I will love again
  17. It’s very cute (besides the outfits :P) I’ll see when I’ll continue the countdown. Omw to Italy.
  18. Thanks and I’ll watch when I have some time!
  19. On the other hand, I think they are ok with how things are going? They still reach top 3 and can tour.
  20. #9 Say you’ll be mine (7.55) • Director: David Amphlett • Locations: Park Royal studios (London) • Released: December 1999 • YouTube views: 7.863.000 With another small difference we find the video for Say you’ll be mine at #9. David Amphlett directed this one (like a lot of other Steps videos). It features the band acting out different films (Romeo & Juliet, Austin Powers, Titanic, There's Something About Mary, Batman Returns and Armageddon). The group members also wear gold-coloured outfits while performing a dance routine in front of a green screen. The scene with Claire was a bit of a risk at the time. David the director explained: ‘It was Claire’s choice!’ ‘It was bold and surprising… I’m surprised it got through because they were only a year and a half in by then’! ‘They were always looking so immaculate and clean and pure’. ‘Obviously, they convinced the record company to go with it or figured that their audience wouldn’t understand the reference anyway’. This is a cute video! I love the movie references and the fun they seem to have as duos during each scene. The only thing that’s bugging me is the gold outfits…not a good look if you ask me! The votes seemed very stable as the video received votes between a seven and a nine. Sadly there was one three so it ends up with an average score of 7.55 (instead of 8.00).
  21. One for sorrow (I’m playing the picture disc a lot :cheer:)
  22. Agreed! It makes the video a bit random for me..
  23. Definitely! Though I wonder if their new material could’ve reached a bigger audience?
