The Sun - Hot Legs to Pasty Pins!
http://img77.imageshack.us/img77/5784/0200720086400gamve1.jpg NADINE COYLE did her bit to raise temperatures further when she showed off her great legs yesterday. LILY ALLEN had plenty to smile about in sunny London too as she went for a spot of lunch – it was her 22nd birthday. SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR was another giving her summer wardrobe an early airing. Meanwhile, AMY WINEHOUSE was spotted in New York with her bloke Blake Fielder-Civil. He looked like a typical Brit abroad with those painfully pasty pins.

GA on F-Word - Gordon Ramsay!
GA are to appear on the new series of Gordon Ramseys F Word which starts next week. In today's star there is a feature on it where Cheryl and Kimberely went along and got slated by Gordon, as they went up for some food he says " what are you doing here, i didn't realise you girls ate" and then Cheryl who is a vegetarian and i had no idea (bad fan) was not impressed that he did not have a vegetarian option and when questioned him he said "didn't you know, vegetarians are not welcome here" knowing him it was all said in jest but the series starts next week, so watch out for it. zL9i_zDS5yg

Sarah in Hospital Visit
SEXY Sarah Harding has been ordered to adopt a strict health regime after landing in hospital with stomach pains because of her hectic lifestyle. The Girls Aloud beauty was worried she had appendicitis, but doctors blamed her pop star workload. And they told the treasure, who has already cut back radically on her nights out, that she must stay off the booze and the party scene for a while. Sarah, 25, who we’re soon to join on the set of the new St Trinians film, was driven to London’s UCL Hospital at midnight by a friend as she was doubled up in pain. She was diagnosed with a bug and discharged at 6am, then headed straight to work on the movie set with strict instructions to change her lifestyle. Our source told us: “Sarah has calmed down a lot but she still likes to party. “It’s totally normal for a girl of her age, but most of her contemporaries don’t have the same heavy workload to contend with, and that’s what’s taking its toll. “Sarah won’t let anyone down but sometimes she needs to rest, especially when she’s fighting off a virus. “She’s worked herself to the bone and then let her hair down every so often when she gets a break. “It’s worn her out, the poor thing, and doctors have told her she needs to ease up if she wants to avoid getting proper poorly.” That means less burning the candle at both ends and more water, fresh fruit, vegetables and, oh yes, sleep, and plenty of it. “Sarah’s been given antibiotics and they wear you out anyway,” our mole says. “The doctors have warned her she must get her strength back and that more nights on the town could jeopardise this.” The blonde bombshell has curtailed her partying since being branded the wild child of the band last year and has come on leaps and bounds. Let’s hope some Lemsip chasers get her back on those pretty feet soon.

Whats on the Girls iPods!
30.04.07 - What's on the girl's i-pods ? When we caught up with Cheryl and Kimberley recently we had a quick look through their i-pods to see what they're listening to. Here's what they had to say... Cheryl: 'I have Justin Timberlake's album on a lot. I really like Nelly Furtado's too and Lemar's. I like the remix of 'Tick Tack'. Kimberley: 'There's an American guy called Robin Thicke and his new album is really good. It sounds a bit like Justin only more soulful. The music's not like Justin's but it's really good. I really like the track that goes, "Put her on your back and just carry..." Cheryl: 'I like Tyrese's new song too. Kimberley: 'I need to starting watching the music channels. I've been away and feeling completley out of loop' _________________

WWTNS? fell out in its 27th week, but TSOGA looks likely to hold on for a 27th week. Can it hold on and stay charting during the tour I wonder. The longest amount of time Girls Aloud have spent in the Top 200 with any album is Sound Of The Underground, with 41 weeks. GA to play Arundel Festival!
Saucy pop group Girls Aloud are among the acts on the bill at a music festival. Organisers have announced that the band will play in the picturesque grounds of Arundel Castle during their festival in August. Singer Alison Moyet and pop band Level 42, both popular from the 1980s, will also play alongside Shayne Ward and Lemar. advertisementOther big names on the bill include pop vocalists Jamelia and Lucie Silvas. Delving deeper into musical history, members of Brighton Consort will sing music written by the canons of Arundel Priory, some of which has not been performed for 500 years. The Duke of Norfolk, who lives at Arundel Castle, said this year's programme would appeal to people of all ages and musical tastes. He said: "Last year the whole town came together to put on a new-style Arundel Festival which was very well received and reviewed. "Arundel welcomed visitors from all over the world, all keen to enjoy and share in the excitement and energy of this wonderful event. "This year we have endeavoured once again to present a wide and varied programme of rousing events and thrilling concerts." The festival starts on Friday August 24 with a concert featuring classical artists Natasha Marsh and Alfie Boe, accompanied by a 40-piece orchestra and a firework display. There will also be a performance of Rossini's opera The Barber of Seville in the castle's Barons' Hall. Musical performances will also be held around the town over the ten-day duration of the festival. They include a Schubert sonata played Cambridge University organ scholar Tom Kimber on a square piano built in 1837. Pianist Julian Jacobson will play jazz-inspired work at St Nicholas Church, where Dylan Purvis will also be performing South American guitar pieces. BBC Young Musician of the Year finalist Helen Reid will perform work by 20th century composer John Cage. At Arundel Cathedral, Westminster Cathedral's master of music Martin Baker will give a masterclass on organ improvisation and a recital. The line-up for the town's Fringe festival includes an eclectic range of acts, including a performance by folk singer Shirley Collins and didgeridoo playing by Shining Bear, who has performed with Rolf Harris. The programme also includes an open-air performance of As You Like It, a Spanish Flamenco music and dance show, a night of live jive and swing, an artist's gallery trail and a performance of 30 plays which will each be just a minute long. To download a brochure, visit www.arundelfestival.co.uk. To book concerts at the castle visit www.ticketmaster.co.uk, call 0871 472 0414 or 0870 3314444, or visit Arundel Castle ticket office from Tuesday to Sunday between 10am to 4pm. Nadine and Wentworth Miller?
http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t319/kimbaforeva/wentworth_miller_girlsaloud-thumb.jpg Nadine and Wentworth Miller Which member of pop quintet Girls Aloud recently got tiddly and fiddly with Wentworth Miller - he of the tattooed torso from hit US TV drama 'Prison Break' - during a recent Virgin (the irony) Atlantic flight to LA? It had been reported in the tabloids that the Irish pop strumpet was on a mercy dash to patch up her on-off relationship with a male star from the biggest TV show in the US. (???) Apparently our chatty songstress was sitting at the Upper Class bar supping champers when her Lucky Charms were noted by Miller. After some inevitable flirting and comparison of bank accounts and tattoos, the couple decided to sky-test those really posh beds shown on the adverts. To the annoyance of their fellow passengers, the lady in question is a bit of a 'screamer', and her Catholic background was made fairly obvious by her cries of, "Oh Jesus, oh Mary Mother of God, there, that's the spot" etc. This led to complaints and a red-faced flight attendant was dispatched to ask the lady in question if she could be more... not so loud. Frolics done, the singer bid her mile-high partner adieu, re-applied her make up, did her hair and hauled her swollen mons off the plane.

Cheryl: I Fancy Mourinho
http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/1668/0200719091400gamez4.jpg WATCH out ASHLEY COLE — your wife is after your boss. GIRLS ALOUD star CHERYL has revealed she fancies Chelsea coach JOSE MOURINHO and is especially attracted by his arrogance. So after his ridiculous cocky outbursts at Liverpool boss RAFA BENITEZ this week, she must be very excited indeed. Cheryl admits: “He’s definitely got something about him. “He has a presence and a lot of charisma and I think everybody loves a little bit of bad-boy arrogance. “He’s stylish and a little bit older, so yes, I’ve got a twinkle in my eye for him.” Calm down, Cheryl, please. If the self-proclaimed Special One’s head gets any bigger, he won’t be able to get it down the Stamford Bridge tunnel. Ashley may have to keep an eye on Jose but at least he has fewer worries about leering clubbers these days. Since marrying the England star last summer, Cheryl insists she has swapped her posh frocks for an apron and become a keen baker. She says: “Party Cheryl has been put in a box for the time being.” I’ll remind her of that next time I see her stumbling out of a club. In an interview with Metro Radio’s breakfast show, broadcast this morning, Cheryl also insists Girls Aloud will be together for at least one more album. And she reveals that she is not ready to work as a judge on a talent show — yet. The singer owns up to almost signing up for SIMON COWELL’s new show Britain’s Got Talent. She has also been tipped as a new X Factor judge. But she insists: “My career first and foremost is with the girls, that’s what I love doing. “Something like X Factor isn’t on my radar at the moment. I don’t feel in any position to be judging other people. I was going to do Britain’s Got Talent, because that’s different things like dancing and juggling. “I would have probably enjoyed that, but it’s just not what I want to do at the minute. It’s maybe something for the future, after Girls Aloud.” The future looks rosy for in-demand Cheryl, whatever she decides to do, but she does have one complaint — being called a WAG. She says she finds the term “degrading and offensive” for women with lives and careers of their own. Cheryl certainly isn’t just a WAG. She has her eye on music and TV success — and of course, Jose. Ashley better watch out or he’ll be left back indoors.

Lily Allen attacks Sarah's Style
Allen shrugs off her Burberry quilted jacket, a gift from the fashion house, and orders scrambled eggs on toast. Her publicist gets up to leave, but before he does, he hands her a large parcel. “It’s from Gucci,” he says in a matter-of-fact way. Inside is the brand’s latest It bag. Called the Indy, this glitzy tote boasts a multicoloured patchwork python trim, has two enormous tassels and is adorned with silver panels. It costs £2,850. Not that Allen paid for it. The bag is an unsolicited gift. Gucci hopes that in return for its generosity, the trendsetting pop star will be photographed with the bag. Her credibility will then rub off on the brand, and legions of her fans will stampede its stores. At least, that’s the thinking behind fashion’s elaborate celebrity-gift culture. On this occasion, however, the system breaks down. Allen heaves the bag out of its packaging, takes one look at its gaudy detailing and, instead of squealing with girlie delight, wrinkles her little button nose and laughs in mock horror. “It’s so heavy,” she says; then adds, “It’s soooo Sarah Harding”, referring to the brash, blonde Girls Aloud member, before delivering her final, damning verdict: “It’s f***ing vile.” The bag is returned to its packaging and won’t be accompanying Allen on the pages of the celebrity style mags any time soon. So, is she an ungrateful little pop princess or a woman who knows exactly what she likes and has the confidence to say so?
