I had a body MOT at work today but I'm not sure whether his machines were working properly. My body fat percentage came out as 26.5% which according to the chart I was given shows me as being "overfat" and my blood pressure was 75 over 64. Maybe I just jinxed his equipment.

Bramley, Spy blocker isn't essential just an extra security measure. Post seems to be bad everywhere. Took ages for my daughter to receive the railcard we sent her.
