I had the right software to do screen capture so it was quite easy. The hard part was choosing the best still to capture. I'm a techno geek but it frustrates me when I can't solve a problem. Annoys me that I couldn't fathom what the problem with Meg's pc is.

I hate when that happens Bramley. So frustrating. I've sat in cold empty flats before now waiting for the gas or electricity people to come and connect the service, only for them not to turn up. As this was before mobile phones and their wasn't one in the flat, I couldn't even get in touch with them.

Thankfully, I didn't forget anything. Relieved it's over for another year.
